I need a carpenter or a builder to replace the frames around a double opening door in a granny flat and a frame around a window and they could be more work after I get this done. The granny flat has steel frame but wooden frames around doors and windows.

A small section of the internal black aluminium window sill has surface/paint damage, as shown in the attached photos. The aluminium/frame itself is undamaged — this is cosmetic damage to the black finish only. Looking for the damaged area to be properly prepared and colour-matched/touched up so that the repair blends as closely as possible with the existing black finish.

I started painting our window frames to renew them (Cream to Monument Grey by Dulux) and had to stop as I am now pregnant. Husband works full-time so he is unable to finish it. We have a few in the house we are trying to do a couple at a time purely due to finances - we are starting with the interior, then will eventually do the exterior. I have a window frame on house that is water damaged and needs repair/replacement and the guttering/roofing above repaired to stop it happening again. Second story bedroom window. No water ingress, water damage is on outside. There is no guttering above but needs some kind of solution to stop overflow of water from roof at this point to stop the run onto the wall and window.
