Find experienced local tradies in Vaucluse

I’m doing a client reno in Vaucluse and will be needing the bathroom/laundry walls replastered after the demo and rough in of the plumbing next week. I have a PDF drawing of the area I can send as well. Ceiling is 2.4

Need someone to swap old dated looking power point with a new one. All works fine, just want a new one swapped

rondo ceiling framing hung off existing ceiling joists approx 33m2 7 .8m x 4.1 approx 2.4m high 10mm plasterboard set with 20mm shadow recess to perimeter ,old sandstone walls

Require a professional renderer to even out a small wardrobe cavity where an old metal frame was removed. Prepare walls for new cupboard. Small area, approximately 2 metres high and 80cm wide. Around frame only. Please see images

Replace old brass numbers and letterbox with new ones

Hand 4 timber shutters on wall outside . Drill into rendered walls .

Building a new multi story house and I have a substantial quantity of glass balustrades (spigot mounted) to be installed. Will need some posts core drilled and spigots bolted into concrete. Happy to pay by the hour/day/or quote on total job. Can be one or two people. Experience required. I will be on hand to help. Have put an indicative hourly rate in.

We need 11 downlight holes gyprocked. The existing gyprock seems quite thick.

I need some gyprock and plastering to repair 4 small areas. Total is probably less than 10m2. Need it done by Thursday, 21st. With Painting if possible. Only qualified tradesmen please.
