This includes assembling a modular aluminium frame and fitting the SEG fabric graphics. We’re vacating our retail shop and need the walls tidied up for hand-over. Scope: - 20-30 tiny picture-hook holes (≈1 mm) - 10–12 slightly larger holes (≈10 mm) Task: Fill, sand flush, and paint to match existing wall colour. We need 1 row of bricks laid that is roughly 2-3 metres long. Photo will show what needs to be patched up under ceiling line, the wall is obviously brick above ceiling. We’ve jackhammered for a penetration above ceiling and cracked some off below the ceiling tile line so our task is get a brick layer to lay 1 row of bricks 2-3 metres long. Then to render to cover the chips underneath ceiling tile line. It’s imperative that the work is clean and the work area is protected as there is carpet and it is a finished office building on Bridge Street in the city. Please allow in your price for parking as it’s the city and you’ll need to pay for parking. This is an urgent job, we need it done some time tomorrow if possible. I’m putting this task up again as the brick layer that was supposed to do today pulled out on us.

Patch up Gyprock holes in ceiling - Due date: Flexible

Moved into new office and need the current network and power cables tidied up and new power points set up. They're all tangled up with under desk holders. Do not need any of the network cables as office is wireless so these need to be cut/removed and the panel covered again. The power cables are all hidden in a panel, we need the panel opened up at 3 more spots and access to plug sockets and then closed again. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 28 April 2023

Require proper repair and re-enforcement of the small areas displayed in the picture. Needs to be properly fixed so it is strong enough to support new blinds that will be installed in this area. Also require touch up after work is done with paint. Paint will be provided but you may need to bring your own brush. The wall is made from Gypsum so this is a classic Gyprocker task. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 26 March 2023
