Job 1 – Roller Blinds I attempted to install zero-gravity roller blinds but couldn’t drill far enough into the concrete wall (due to lintel) to securely mount the brackets. Blinds are already on site and measured — they just need proper installation and adjustment (installed right now but not a great job) Job 2 – Ceiling Repair & Painting We recently had ceiling fans installed and there are some holes / damage in the ceiling drywall that need repairing. • Patch and sand ceiling drywall • Paint the repaired area (paint supplied) Notes: • You’ll need your own tools (hammer drill, masonry bits, patching tools, etc.) • Paint will be supplied • Apartment is on 3rd floor - no lift Ideally looking for someone experienced with blind installation and minor plastering/painting. I’m looking for an experienced plasterer / carpenter / partition installer to build a fixed internal metal-stud plasterboard partition wall to enclose a study area in my apartment. Scope of work • Construct a straight internal partition wall using light-gauge steel (metal) studs and tracks • Approx. 2.7m high x 1.2m wide • Plasterboard both sides • Flush, paint-ready finish (set, sanded, square edges) • No door, no window, no electrical work required • Wall securely fixed to floor, ceiling, and adjacent wall • Clean, professional finish suitable for a living area (no painting required, I have claddings) Materials • Please include materials in your quote • Standard internal metal studs & tracks • Plasterboard thickness as per Australian residential standards (happy to follow your recommendation) • All fixings, corner beads, compounds, and consumables included Site details • Apartment in Zetland • Non-load-bearing internal wall • Ceiling height approx. 2.7m • Easy internal and lift access/ loading dock Timing • Flexible start date before xmas • Prefer completion in one visit if feasible What I’m looking for • Experience with metal-stud plasterboard partitions • Photos or examples of similar work preferred • Neat workmanship and attention to detail

Two small jobs in one: 1) Remove bottom 15cm of 275cm brick wall (loose as seen in pictures) and apply new render. No painting needed. 2) Apply new plaster to 120cm x 90cm area in bedroom where it fell off. Area includes on ceiling light and one edge as pictured. No painting needed Note: budget and scope is both jobs, do not want to separate. Preference is for job to be done after January 8th.

Note: This can be completed on weekends or at odd hours. Working hours are flexible. We need an experienced acrylic renderer / solid plasterer to patch and tidy up visual defects only on the front facade of an old two-storey commercial building. The work is mainly to the edge of the first-floor slab/beam under the windows and the corner (see photos). The coating has peeled and cracked in sections and there is a damaged corner and a few other sections. This is a cosmetic repair only – just making it look neat and uniform again. Scope of works: • Inspect affected areas shown in photos on site • Scrape back and remove all loose/flaking paint, render and texture coat • Patch and fill damaged areas (including the chipped corner) with suitable exterior repair mortar/patching compound • Re-render/skim with acrylic render or compatible exterior product to match existing profile as closely as practical • Sand/prepare repaired areas

Three holes in gyprock wall need repairing and painting . Holes are roughly 100mm squared . One rounded hole as pictured and two similar linear holes shown in other photo.

I have done a lot of the gyprocking and have hit my limit. Need someone to come and finish the job. - all walls are double gyprocked with soundcheck - need someone to come finish the job in the inside + plus setting.

Need to move 1200 x 3000 gyprock sound check up some stair at an annoying angle. Need strong and professional.

I need someone to get some gyprock sheets and deliver them two blocks over. I’m very close to Bunnings warehouse. I just need them today and I don’t have means to transport - about 12 sheets cost of materials not included in price of job :).

Built in wardrobe sliding mirror door not sliding smoothly (Only 1 of 2 doors not sliding smoothly) also side panel of the door is coming apart.

Need help fixing a patch of ripped drywall paper

Remove and patch two screws from a gyprock wall. Paint supplied.

We are interested in having an external awning fitted (cantilevered), but are concerned there are not enough bricks to support the weight (76kg). There will be 3 courses of bricks above the awning at the north end and 5 bricks above the awning at the south end. Can anyone advise for a reasonable price?

- remove 2x wardrobes, patch and square set walls around it ready for wardrobe installation - wardrobe 1: 3.0m x 2.6m - wardrobe 2: 1.4m x 2.6m; this smaller one needs to demolish small gyprock section (~ 1.2m x 0.3m) to make room for taller robe. See pic where I note the section to be demolished - terrace house - wardrobes on 2nd floor - materials to be broken down to fit skip bin - can discard rubbish safely thru balcony direct to backyard, in designated area ready for self organised removal - I will organise rubbish removal separately
