We have purchased a ceiling mount mirror (with rod fixing) that needs to be installed in the bathroom. It is going on to a section of gyprock ceiling (not tiles). We have the screws etc on hand

We are interested in having an external awning fitted (cantilevered), but are concerned there are not enough bricks to support the weight (76kg). There will be 3 courses of bricks above the awning at the north end and 5 bricks above the awning at the south end. Can anyone advise for a reasonable price?
