Install and connect: linear pendant light dimmer switch for above 3 new x double power point swtiches equidistant over a 6m stud/gyprock wall

I have two double power points in the Kitchen which are damaged and need replacing.. I also need the globes in two external lights replaced. Ladder is required. Electrician must nominate if they wish to supply the power points or if I will have to. I have the replacement globes.

The space is roughly 3m long, high ceilings so 2m+ high and standard 600mm deep, will update when I next get on site. Prefer in white but can be other neutral colour, integrated lighting, 2-3 sliding doors with mirrors, lower drawers/shoe storers, upper hangers, pullout shelves. I'm happy for it to take weeks to make in workshop but need it to be installed in 1 day.

Popcorn ceiling throughout 90sqm apartment

Wall-mounted shelf fixed onto rendered brick garage wall . Brick is a little soft and crumbly so may require chemical anchor around plugs.

Sliding mirror/doors came off the "tracks" of the built-in wardrobe. Needs repair, someone skilled in working with mirrors.

Need supply and install of replacement awnings. Will need to come out to measure and quote.

I need this PowerPoint moved up or somewhere else as it’s preventing my from pushing dryer back any further, the wall is concrete

Skim coat apartment bathroom ceiling as well as build a box around pipes. The room is about 4 x 2.5 metres squared (around 3 x 2 metres squared to be skimmed) and the box would be around 1m (W) x 3m (L) x 0.5-1m (H). Attached are photos of the bathroom which details where a new box will be needed. We will remove all of the paneling so that there is only cement and prep everything for the skim coat. Example of finished product also attached.

Installing 4 x mirrors onto gyprock. Size of mirrors are as follows. 122 wide and 180 height.

Need studs inserted into gyprock wall so i can install commercial gym equipment onto the studs.

I’m getting air conditioning installed on Tuesday and they’ve advised that I will need to get part of the gyprock ceiling re-gyprocked and painted.
