Have taken a prick wall down, need some patches to be covered. No painting required.

I have purchased a sauna that I need to disassemble, transport and reassemble. It’s a big job that will require three people. Only interested in people with experience in sauna installation (no electrical experience needed as an electrician will turn it on and off).

We’re looking for an experienced plasterer to repair water-damaged plaster in our clinic. Scope of work: •Repair water-damage plaster in the front area of our clinic •Damage includes the corner of the ceiling and a section across the front interior •Sanding, patching and finishing required so it’s ready for painting •Must ensure the repaired area blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling •Work needs to be completed out of hour times

Had ceiling fans installed. No roof cavity so holes needed to be made in ceiling (13 holes) need plasterer

1) Need the top of wooden balustrade on the balcony filled and painted. 2) need skirting replaced in garage. 3) need some rendering touch ups in garage

Window Tinter or Tradesman needed to apply blackout film to three windows in the master bedroom. As per the images, we started to do this ourselves but were not able to finish the job as it requires two people and a 3+ metre ladder. The highest point of window is approx 3.5-4 metres high. The ladder is only needed for the larger window which is approximately 2 metres high and 4 metres in length. The blinds may need to be removed and then screwed back in as the film needs to cover all of the window (especially the top section) so no light can come through. The job will only take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. Black out film is provided. Need someone ASAP.

Wall balustrade needs patching due to wear and tear

Demolish / Disassemble 2 wardrobes (around 2300mm wide x 2600mm high). One is clearly built in and the other seems to be more freestanding but may also be fixed to the wall. Place on nature strip for council collection.

Render a small space (3 walls in a small kitchen)

-Measure and install IKEA BETYDLIG curtain rods on wall - Window dimensions 210 H x 145 W -Hang 2 curtains *Must have own equipment for wall mounting and ideally hammer drill and plastic wall anchors *Free parking available

Looking for someone to bag an external brick wall - approx 9m long in Randwick, NSW

We are installing box outs in the basement to run services through. The box outs involve drilling into the ceiling to install brakcets, then drilling thick gyprock into the angles. then fixing the boxes together. Basically installing a hanging box out - and then cutting penetrations to run services through them. We have a couple boys on the job, but would like to finish faster so looking for 1 or two extra boys we can get on a day rate to help speed up the process. Need to be skilled trades experience or carpentor so they know how to cut, and mount and drill etc.

Patch three old light switches that have already been disconnected.

The gyprock wall was damaged during equipment installation. Requires repair and paint match to carefully cover the damaged area. Understand 2 visits may be required.

I have two double power points in the Kitchen which are damaged and need replacing.. I also need the globes in two external lights replaced. Ladder is required. Electrician must nominate if they wish to supply the power points or if I will have to. I have the replacement globes.

Need patch rendering over: Electric cabling that has been chased into two sections (both less than 1m in length), 3x capped off old GPO holes and a few minor drill holes etc.
