Hello, I have a small store room - 5.1 x 2 that I would like gyprocked to look more ‘room’ like. It’s currently concrete cinder blocks. I would also like new lighting, it’s currently a fluorescent light. First pick is current, second pic is my goal.

Close 2.5 inch gap around the base of glass balustrade. Balcony is 3.1m x 1.1m Wanting to close gap with perspex.

Install a balustrade in the style shown in the picture in a light (stained) wood on internal stairs. Balustrade needs to go on the non wall facing part of the stairs.

I have had to modify the way our awning is supported on our balcony to be compliant with new glass balustrades being installed. I need someone that can drill into stainless steel rods to allow the fasteners to be moved to a new location.

All rubbish (old ceiling material, waste) to be removed from site Supply and install new standard 10mm Gyprock plasterboard ceiling sheeting. Set, tape, and flush all joints and screw heads to a Level 4 finish (ready for primer/paint). Ceiling Height, approx 2.1 meters Include cost for painting (paint supplied) separately?

We have a heavy round mirror 1500x 1500mm to a rendered common wall of a semi. We will have more paintings and mirrors to be hung in a couple of weeks

Looking for someone to help install a projector screen on to a gyprock wall. Will likely need brackets to support the screen.

Need a handyman to re-affix a lightbox to awning at Mosman, bolting it directly to the struts/cladding under the awning, no drop down supports required. Refer to image. Would be great if handyman is qualified electrician to reconnect power to box otherwise will get electrician to reconnect power.
