Hello We would like items for a wedding picked up in inner west and then taken to a venue in Mosman and set up between 3pm-4pm. Pick up all the things from inner west on Sat before 12 or Friday evening. The items will need to be collected between 9am-10am the following day on Sunday and returned to the inner west. Delivery and set-up: ◦ Non-negotiable time: 3:00 arrive/ set up at Mosman venue (guests arrive at 4:15 so will need to be done by 4) ◦ Put the flowers, which will already be in vases, on each of the tables - one each on round and two on the long tables (13 vases) ◦ One vase of flowers on the signing table, drape the rust coloured runner at the edge so it looks nice ◦ One vase of flowers with the wishing well ◦ Two vases either side of mantle piece in main room and fairy lights battery powered laid between (don’t need to switch on) ◦ Put blankets that will be in a basket in courtyard so guests can use if cold ◦ Plastic flower arrangement attach to the pole in the courtyard vertical - a friend will assist on arrival ◦ Attach two plastic flowers to either side of the chairs at the end ◦ Lolly jars on table in main room near the mantle piece and organza bags drape fairy lights behind them (don’t need to switch on) ◦ For a photo table booth put sign, book and masks and costumes on table and film. Next day: collect all items between 9-10am - non negotiable time ◦ Pick up all remaining flowers / vases from around the venue (some will be taken by guests) ◦ Take the flowers off the pole if it hasn't been removed already ◦ Lolly jars and any remaining bags, ◦ any masks/costumes left behind, film etc. ◦ Any candles that are left over ◦ Any of the alcohol bottles leftover - check with staff if anything else needs to be taken ie coasters and candles that will be set up by the venue the day earlier We will discuss in a zoom before the event.
