Replace fabric only on retracting awning installed in 2008. Awning measures approximately 4.6m wide x 2.75m long, Re-use existing poles, frame, mechanism, roller and end batten. It’s around 2 squares and old rendering was falling off. So need someone using the cement rendering to patch it up.

Photos show damaged gyprock in an interior bulkhead ceiling section in a loungeroom The bulkhead is above a bay window in a project home built in the 1990’s. The gyprock is completely destroyed so cannot be sanded and painted. You can push a finger thru it with ease. Task is to completely remove and replace the horizontal surface of the bulkhead plaster structure only. There is no requirement to fix the water leak nor to do any painting. Gyprock is attached to a timber frame built especially for the bulkhead. I suspect the metal strip that forms the edge will also need to be replaced. The facia part of the bulkhead appears undamaged. Curtain track has been removed. Hole has been cut to determine source of the water leak. Task 1. Remove existing damaged gyprock from bay window bulkhead. 2. Fabricate replacement plasterboard bulkhead and affix to existing timber framework. 3. Replace rusted metal edge strip that forms the corner. 4. Sand and smooth plaster surfaces to a paintable finish. 5. Remove and discard all waste materials. Materials and Tools You will be required to supply all necessary materials and have the tools required to complete the task. The gyprock is standard 10mm interior Plasterboard RE. Would probably do best to use an Aquacheck board or similar to prevent future damage. Bulkhead dimensions are: Width widest 2.6m Width shortest 1.8m Depth 0.4m Total area 1sqm Location House is located in Little Bay in Sydney which is near La Perouse. There is ample parking directly in front of the house with driveway parking and access provided as needed. The job is located on the ground floor of a two storey home. Timing Am flexible with timing so start date can be agreed to. Power and water are within easy reach. I work from home full time so weekday and/or weekend access can be arranged.

Maybe in wrought iron that's undercoated and painted or steel that's powder coated or stainless steel 4m long plus 1.5m plus 1.8 m stair rails L Shaped . Hi, We have a powerpoint located at the bottom of our lounge-room wall, and we'd like to move it upwards behind the mounted TV to look a bit neater. For this job we would like to include: - Cutting the new hole for the new power point location - Fitting the new power point - Re-plastering/ patching the old hole in the wall We would really like someone with experience doing this sort of job before. Having spoken to a couple of friends who are electricians we are thinking it might be 1-2 hours work max. Would require bringing over the right tools and gyprock paste.
