I’m looking for a professional awning fitter to install a Zip awning for a client. The awning is approximately 7 m wide and 3 m high. The fitter will install the brackets, and you will likely need 2–3 additional people to assist with lifting the awning onto the brackets. This is a 2–3 hour job max. Total payment is $900 for the job, which you may split among your team as you see fit.

Looking for someone to hang a framed artwork onto our gyprock wall

Window edges - need cement rendering. Only top edge on 2 windows. You to supply all material and labour. During the course of cleaning, we were removing old double glaze windows and hangers for blinds. As a result these were all stuck on using silicon and industrial strength tape and when we removed these, the cement came off. Please note the following brief: - some of the cement render which has come off from the top part of the window is an 20mm thick. 2 windows affected. Others not so much. - I need the windows taped to protect the aluminium and I need all this damage fixed. - the edges 45 degree angles need to be finished off smoothly. - I require this done Tues 19 August (tomorrow). - I need a professional. - I have painters who need to paint this on Tuesday so your guidance for drying time needs to be given please. Needs to be ready for painting Tuesday 19 August. - quality licensed person to do this . - work needs to be guaranteed and weather proof, waterproof. - I need sealed and primed ready for painting as well. - 2 windows: 1150mm high x 1800mm wide. - location: Homebush West. - photos attached. - every precaution needs to be taken to ensure this is secure and also ensure that the underside of the rendering does not drop off whilst drying or supported if need be. - if you would like to inspect before doing the job, I am available.

Ozsun outdoor awning with remote control not working

Need gyprock for ceiling in bathroom. 165cm x 180cm (3m2) and extra little 30cmx30cm hole patched up too thank you. Much appreciated if this can be done before December. Images attached

Need two bathroom walls (approx 4.3m² total) re-rendered. Walls are damaged with soft, crumbly areas that need stripping back and fresh render applied. Final surface needs to be smooth and ready for priming and painting. If you are able to fix the hole where the previous vent was also, that would be great, otherwise I can do it. Ignore the tile missing with the powerpoint, this will be replaced.

Need a qualified plasterer to: Supply and install (1.7m x 0.7m) section of 15mm gyprock ceiling board (from previous aircon access). Tape, set and sand smooth (ready for paint, but painting not required). Build/install small manhole (example photo attached) with access panel for future aircon servicing. Ceiling height is standard and easy ladder access. Please include materials in your quotes. Photos attached.

Need 3 new power points (using mounting blocks) in garage. 2 x 2 outlets and 1 x 4 outlet. There is an existing power point that should be able to run off the new PowerPoint's. Render has been removed from 15sqm of kitchen wall back to clean brick Low spots and electrical chases have already been filled with Dulux acratex acrylic render. Looking for renderer to render the wall in acrylic render ready to paint finish. Thanks

Gyprock / Dry wall fix ceiling, see photos, approx 1.5m x 1.5m

I put my foot through the Gyprock next to the manhole. Needs to be repaired and set ready for painting.

I require an experienced handy person to remove an outdoor awning. It is currently installed above a window in my driveway and has become too mouldy to use. It measures 3700mm long x 2800mm from the ground. Please see the image included. Saturday between 2-3:30pm Sunday after 10:00am I have already booked for council clean up so will only need it to be placed for pick up.

Looking to relocate power point and NBN cable across to the left to make room in the centre of the wall (about 40 - 50cm). Not sure how long the cables are behind so would need someone with NBN cable experience and extra cable needs if it needs to be extended.
