Awning fell off the wall during strong wind. The top mount has broken and two mounting screws missing. Need help re-attaching it to the wall. Requires multiple people to install it - it's not too heavy but it is awkward to handle.

Render and patch wall in laundry

I would like someone to construct a small awning / pergola down the narrow side of my house to store my bikes out of the rain. The structure would need to attach to the side of the house. The long side of the awning would be attaching to a modern Hardie plank weatherboard clad wall, whereas the short side would need to attach to double brick. In the diagram below, the res depicts the structure I'm requesting to be built. Dimensions would be 5.2m by 0.9m. It would need to attach to the house at about 1.9m above the ground with a gentle slope so the rain could run off (no need for a gutter). So likely to need brackets and some support frames to then hold up something like a Suntuf polycarbonate clear plastic roofing. Please see photos of the area in question and aerial sketch. I would be keen for someone to inspect the site so we can discuss best design & materials before purchasing the materials. The main discussion points is probably whether it would require a support post at the near end. Im happy to either purchased myself or you can, but either way I will fund the materials so please don't include those in your quote.

Patch render wall and paint colour match

I need a precision frame built off a bowed gyprock wall to hold a mirror ~12 mm off the finished surface. The frame must be perfectly flat. The mirrir is 3m wide and 2m high so rather big. Mirror and LED install is someone else’s job. Can you do this?

Hi, I am looking for quotes to plasterboard my sunroom. It’s around 8sq/m. See attached rough diagram and photos. I will be adding timber sills and reveals so you would only be plastering up to the timber. There is one return needed on Wall 1 into the window. There is a ceiling gap that needs to be filled to join new plasterboard.

Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.

Trying to finish the small elements of the house before we break for Xmas. Had new windows replaced and as a result some of the wall needs to be re-Gyprocked then it will need to be patched and then painted. some rooms have only small amount of patching required so I can probably use filler. In the other rooms, need more extensive Gyprock. keen to get this completed this weekend if we can and opportunity toquote on bigger painting job which includes the front of our house and the sides of our house

Patch Gyprocker rectangle 1m x .6m Please look at photos The cutout is there. You will be required to put support behind to secure cutout. You will need to plaster. I can sand given the time to dry.

My electrician has to move the rangehood to the front of the box. I need help with patching the hole it will leave.

Repair or replace ceiling Gyprock in 1 room approx 3.8x3.8

Need gyprock for ceiling in bathroom. 165cm x 180cm (3m2) and extra little 30cmx30cm hole patched up too thank you. Much appreciated if this can be done before December. Images attached

Need two bathroom walls (approx 4.3m² total) re-rendered. Walls are damaged with soft, crumbly areas that need stripping back and fresh render applied. Final surface needs to be smooth and ready for priming and painting. If you are able to fix the hole where the previous vent was also, that would be great, otherwise I can do it. Ignore the tile missing with the powerpoint, this will be replaced.

Need a qualified plasterer to: Supply and install (1.7m x 0.7m) section of 15mm gyprock ceiling board (from previous aircon access). Tape, set and sand smooth (ready for paint, but painting not required). Build/install small manhole (example photo attached) with access panel for future aircon servicing. Ceiling height is standard and easy ladder access. Please include materials in your quotes. Photos attached.

Need 3 new power points (using mounting blocks) in garage. 2 x 2 outlets and 1 x 4 outlet. There is an existing power point that should be able to run off the new PowerPoint's. Owner to supply power points and mounting boards. Electrican to supply cabling and cabel trunking (approx 6 meters). Preference is cabel trunking verse rigid conduit. Need 2 lights installed (owner to supply) 1. Replace 2 existing pendant lights (over kitchen bench) with one new pendant light. 2. Replace outside front door sensor light with a new sensor light.
