Harvia Xenia LED light and associated thermostat, sub board and wifi controller. See photos attached. Install stones and system. See attached. Three-phased provisions run but licensed electrician who couldn’t complete sauna install. Provisions have an isolator switch on it.

We need a solid platform or structure for a 400kg outdoor sauna in a garden bed. Could be a 100mm concrete slab, large pavers on a base, treated pine, or other materials can be considered. Dimensions are 1.7m x1.7m

We have cut a couple of walls in a small bedroom which is 3mx4m and out in a few raked pockets. Need the new parts gyprocked, will need furring channel on one part as ceiling rafters are not even. I would also like to remove existing cornice and square set. The photos were taken whilst builder was still here so now it’s finished. I put in small budget as I don’t know how much this work will cost and would like quotes.

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall

Gyprock plaster to seal old chimney hole

recently had the benchtops installed. When the old benchtops and cooktop were removed, I discovered there wasn’t an actual power socket in place — the cord was simply running up into the wall cavity (apparently well over a metre). I’m hoping to have a power point installed with 2 sockets one each for the oven and gas stove

Hole cut by plumber in ceiling, and small amount of sagging in adjoining sections. About 2.5 x 2.0 m in total affected. Needs repair, with provision for one downlight, and painting.

Installing one power point

Hi, I am looking for quotes to plasterboard my sunroom. It’s around 8sq/m. See attached rough diagram and photos. I will be adding timber sills and reveals so you would only be plastering up to the timber. There is one return needed on Wall 1 into the window. There is a ceiling gap that needs to be filled to join new plasterboard.

Bathroom: replace switch panel with 3 switches (light, heat lamp and fan) Hall: replace power point (2 socket) Dining: replace power point (4 socket) Bedroom 1: relocate light switch to other side of door Bedroom 2: relocate light switch to other side of door. Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.

Trying to finish the small elements of the house before we break for Xmas. Had new windows replaced and as a result some of the wall needs to be re-Gyprocked then it will need to be patched and then painted. some rooms have only small amount of patching required so I can probably use filler. In the other rooms, need more extensive Gyprock. keen to get this completed this weekend if we can and opportunity toquote on bigger painting job which includes the front of our house and the sides of our house

Have an old power point ( currently working) but very old. Would like new one installed.

Patch Gyprocker rectangle 1m x .6m Please look at photos The cutout is there. You will be required to put support behind to secure cutout. You will need to plaster. I can sand given the time to dry.

My electrician has to move the rangehood to the front of the box. I need help with patching the hole it will leave.
