I own a duplex house on 2 lots in Hampton East. I would like to build a front fence across both frontages plus a dividing fence up the shared central boundary. PRICE FLEXIBLE. Make an offer Front wall I want 2no. 1.8m wide horizontal aluminium infill panels on each side of a 1.8m long x 1.4m high central wall with 300x300mm square piers at each end. Central wall and piers to be lightweight (framed) and rendered walls (to look like concrete) Central wall Additionally, I would like 3no. aluminium slatted panels along the central boundary line between the 2 lots. Would need to discuss implications of an existing underground water retention tank below the central boundary. Thanks
