I want to just change my 1 power point from 10a to 15a

I am looking for an Electrician to install an extra power point and an antenna point on the wall for the TV. Cutting the board is not an issue since that will be covered using wall panels. It is a double storey house. There are existing power points and antenna point straight down below on the same wall that can be used.

I need a staircase handrail/balustrade temporarily removed and reinstalled so I can move a queen bed base upstairs.
