Replace 1 vertical timber paling in my railing on my deck

Install power point in car park. Weatherproof socket lockable 15A (provided). https://www.bunnings.com.au/deta-15-amp-weatherproof-single-power-point-with-paddle-lock_p4331957 There is an existing isolator in car park that is connected to a 2.6/3.2 kw aircon compressor unit. It is around 15-20m from isolator to car park column for the power point install, 1600mm off the ground. This is connected to a circuit breaker on switchboard. Predominantly will be used to trickle charge EV. Please see photos. Unit 4 is existing power point for reference. My unit is 5. Must be able to provide invoice with electrician license number to satisfy body corporate requirements.

Have put a hole in a plaster wall. It’s about 40cm. Looking for a chippy/ handyman to fix it. Ideally with painting as well (flexible on budget)

As described in title. Some of the pictures will be fixed into gyprock wall, some will be screwed into masonry wall. Frames can sit directly onto screw heads, so no specific picture hooks required. The location is a retail store in Birsbane CBD, no parking provided unfortunately.
