Hi. I have a few small plastering jobs to complete: Image 1 - 2.7 x 1.2m board was recently replaced. Need corners/edge beading and feathering plus taping of joints and finishing. Image 2 - Internal wall was removed leaving ceiling gap. Need gap patched/stopped/feathered into existing ceiling. Image 3 - There are previous small patches of base coat that potentially need to be sanded or might need top coat (black line in image not a crack and not relevant). Looking for an experienced tradesperson to prepare, repair, render, and paint an exterior brick wall at my property in Brighton East. The wall forms part of the neighbouring property's studio (it is a shared boundary wall), so care needs to be taken to ensure a neat, professional finish. Access is from my side only. Scope of work includes: * Sanding back and cleaning the existing brickwork * Removing loose/flaking old mortar (some minor repointing may be needed) * Applying a cement render to cover the entire wall (~15m² area) — smooth, even finish required * Painting the rendered surface with 2 coats of exterior-grade paint (quote to include supply of paint) - colour to be provided. Small walk in robe room. 2.5 * 1.5 Ikea cupboards to be installed in room however still need cornice around ceiling and part of the floor. Also need corner area boxed in as current gap between wall and plaster

2 built in wardrobes need shelves, draws, rails and doors removed and prepped for new installation

Carpenter (repair) Needed - Have existing rotting timber (double door) with single glass in each installed, it has rotten lower section. Needs a cut and paste or fill repair. Some rotting on door frame bottom and timber base (foot) will need a cleanup, fill, sand and prime. - Have paint and primer, filler needs to be supplied. Need to make good again and sturdy (waterproofed) and doors operational. Need to also install fixed awning on the outside to prevent further future damage to the door. (the fixed awning cost will be additional to door repair) Flexible on the date-subject to weather. Tthe beige door in the pic is the door with rot, inside picture of rotting to be fixed. I need someone to hang a piece of art that weighs approximately 3-5k'g's on a plasterboard wall. The task will require a toggle and screw installation into the wall for the brackets to securely hold the art. Requirements: - Experience with hanging heavy items on plasterboard walls. - Must supply the necessary tools and hardware (toggle and screws). - Must ensure the installation is secure and level. We have an infrared sauna that seems to have a loose seal so temp will not get to highest heat.

We have recently built a deck at our ground floor unit. Unit is 60’s double brick. The deck has an aggi drain with a sump pump for water drainage. Sump pump will connect into existing stormwater. This is being connected on 7 August. Power point is needed outside for sump pump to run when full. There is a split system air conditioner nearby so would be power located in the area.
