Hi. I have a few small plastering jobs to complete: Image 1 - 2.7 x 1.2m board was recently replaced. Need corners/edge beading and feathering plus taping of joints and finishing. Image 2 - Internal wall was removed leaving ceiling gap. Need gap patched/stopped/feathered into existing ceiling. Image 3 - There are previous small patches of base coat that potentially need to be sanded or might need top coat (black line in image not a crack and not relevant). The wall forms part of the neighbouring property's studio (it is a shared boundary wall), so care needs to be taken to ensure a neat, professional finish. Access is from my side only. Scope of work includes: * Sanding back and cleaning the existing brickwork * Removing loose/flaking old mortar (some minor repointing may be needed) * Applying a cement render to cover the entire wall (~15m² area) — smooth, even finish required * Painting the rendered surface with 2 coats of exterior-grade paint (quote to include supply of paint) - colour to be provided. Carpenter (repair) Needed - Have existing rotting timber (double door) with single glass in each installed, it has rotten lower section. Needs a cut and paste or fill repair. Some rotting on door frame bottom and timber base (foot) will need a cleanup, fill, sand and prime. - Have paint and primer, filler needs to be supplied. Need to make good again and sturdy (waterproofed) and doors operational. Need to also install fixed awning on the outside to prevent further future damage to the door. (the fixed awning cost will be additional to door repair) Flexible on the date-subject to weather. Tthe beige door in the pic is the door with rot, inside picture of rotting to be fixed. Need to run wire/antenna from TV that has been hung on wall to a new power point on the opposite wall. If possible through the roof? Open to suggestions on best solution though. The wires are shown in the photo, we are hoping to move them to the wall on the left hand side.
