We have recently built a deck at our ground floor unit. Unit is 60’s double brick. The deck has an aggi drain with a sump pump for water drainage. Sump pump will connect into existing stormwater. This is being connected on 7 August. Power point is needed outside for sump pump to run when full. There is a split system air conditioner nearby so would be power located in the area.

I have a channel in the brick wall and a tap pipe that needs to be pushed into the wall. This needs to be done before the final coat of rendering, today or tomorrow. On the back of the wall is my courtyard, full access. As you can see the tap's pipe is still not flush with the wall and it needs to have a bracket fixture installed. I have a channel in brick and a taps’ pipe that needs to be flush with the wall. I need this done before render final coat is applied, today or tomorrow. As you can see from the pic the tap pipe is still protruding from the wall and I want it flush. I have brackets and fixing screws.
