The old awning flew away due to wind. I've purchased a new like-for-like awning. It needs to be installed and screwed into the wall. The wall is a hollow wall, and the previous installer used a sort of filler expansion hard-setting foam to secure the bolt to the wall. This requires a special tool and a special building-grade filler. A successful job will be awarded to quality workmanship who can prevent future wind support issues and deterioration to the wall with no leaks.
