We have an awning installed and need it powered (240v). We need it to be concealed rather than having external conduit. There are several options to run a circuit. Additionally, separately quoted, we'd like our TV to have a concealed powerpoint. Additionally, separately quoted, we'd like to have a run of fibre optic cable from the TV area fished to the second storey attic area on the opposite side of the house. There's an existing 100mbps cat5 cable between these locations that maybe can be used to fish pull through. Will need to produce electrical licence.

Required dimensions: *Total length of the awning fascia across the tenancy *Height of the fascia panel *Depth of the awning *Distance from each end of the tenancy to the fascia area *Height from ground level to the bottom of the fascia *Height from ground level to the top of the fascia 2. Existing Blade Signs There are two existing circular blade signs mounted under the awning (visible in the photos). These signs will remain in place and will not be replaced. Please measure the following for both blade signs: *Diameter of the circular sign face *Thickness of the sign *Projection distance from wall to outer edge of the sign *Height from ground level to centre of the sign *Height from awning underside to centre of the sign *Distance from nearest wall or column 3. Photographic Documentation Please provide: *Photos of each blade sign with a measurement tape visible *Photo showing awning fascia measurements *One wider photo of the shopfront for context 4. Deliverables Please provide: *All measurements in millimetres *Photos with measurement tape visible *A simple marked-up photo or sketch with the main dimensions 5. Contractor Requirements The contractor attending the site should: *Bring their own measurement tools and equipment *Bring a ladder if required to safely measure signage and awning heights *Hold their own public liability insurance appropriate for site visits

Complete the final touches to installing an outdoor sauna

Pretty simple job. Supply and fit one x or cut two x gyprock sheet/s to masonry wall no battens required as it will be a snug fit. No patching, no painting required. I have 1 x small tub of glue. Sheets can be fixed vertically or horizontally. 2625 x 1360mm h (1350 h ok)

I have a brick wall that I need plastering/plasterboarding (this 175*145cm approx) and also a hole in the ceiling as a result of a vent that needs plastering over so it can be painted

My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached. I need my Samsung frame flatscreen hung on the wall today I do not have a bracket

We are looking to hang a round mirror onto a plasterboard wall. The mirror is not glass, but it has a metal frame so is heavier than something you might get at Ikea etc. Looking for someone who can hang it properly, using the appropriate fixings, not make a mess, etc. And takes pride in their work.

When a ceiling light in the corridor was changed, it was found that there is a hole in the ceiling where the prior fixture was and the new fixture is smaller. Please patch the hole hole in the ceiling with a matching texture paint. I have received one opinion that it is Polytex.

We had an oyster light removed and replaced with a ceiling fan, leaving behind a small hole that needs patching. I'm happy to paint it afterwards, just need the plastering done.

1.Cut, glue and fix one piece of gyprock to a masonry wall with supplied materials. No patching or painting. 2.Hang a supplied interior door and fix hinges, and handle. Probably take half a day, max.
