Find a local Tasker to set up your router modem in NSW

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem (possibly restarting), calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it's working while on the phone. Air Tasker should be someone with some IT experience and ability to deal with internet issues. Job should take 30 mins, no more than 1hr max.

I just need somebody who knows how to configure it from the box get it going, I don't know how to do the port settings and all that, IP4/IP6 settings, and a It's not an Optus plug and play. I'm just so busy at work, I just don't have time to it. I need someone that understands hardware & PC repairs to do both. Should be fairly easy to set up I guess using chatGPT, but I just don't have the time because of my own job. I work from home, and my boss knows when Im loged in working, so I can't risk it.
