We need ceiling insulation to be installed in the ceiling of our house. Half of the house has been done. On the drawing its the green shaded area. This just needs to be checked. The other half of the house shaded in purple needs to be finished. About one third of this has been done. There are a few bags of insulation in the ceiling but probably not to complete. Gutter leaking. No evidence of rust This not a straight forward task. The gutter runs between the tiled roof and a perplex pergola roof. It is hard to see where it is leaking. There is no visible hole in the gutter and I suspect the leak is through some rust on the vertical part of the gutter facing the fascia. Task is to provide an estimate to fix. Jim
