I have all the batts and the tools and equipment necessary to install, i need someone to come and install them under my house floors. The under house area is a big and open space and easy to work in (there are some areas where it does become close to a crawl space though so be mindful of that). I will hire you if you can beat the recommended plumber's price of $2000. Slight water ingress has occurred through the roof of my property in Upwey. The Make Safe professional siliconed up 25 roof screws and applied tape to the skylight (which was not responsible for the leak). I require the fixings to be replaced and the skylight flashing to be replaced before the insurer will fix the water ingress. Experienced handyman, with insurance, able to work at heights (small job replacing two deck sheets/roofing); sanding and painting around deck and front handrail, as follows. 1. Paint around deck ledges, deck stairs, small walls and poles under house, and hand rail (4 Litre Tin of Paint already purchased - Colour 'Monument') 3.
