Terracotta Tiled Roof – Scope of Works Removal and replacement of approximately 50 linear metres of valley irons with new colour-treated valley gutters, including correct underlay support and discharge alignment, in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.3:2021. Removal and replacement of approximately 10 fractured terracotta tiles with equivalent-profile tiles installed in accordance with AS 2050:2018. Rake-out, removal, and disposal of cracked mortar along affected valleys, with reinstatement of mortar bedding to maintain tile alignment and moisture defence, in accordance with AS 2050:2018. Reinstatement of all disturbed flashings and bedding mortar to restore watertight roof performance following completion of works.

Two box gutters are dripping they are brand-new the previous Plumber is retired and not able to fix them. Access is an issue with the roof a very high ladder is needed.

Require gutter cleaning on one side of the house and pruning of a small branch from a gumtree. This is a double story house with a provision ladder access (you need to bring your own ladder, see photo). Also need a photo of the cleaned gutter before payment. See photo markup.

My roof is rusty and needs to be treated with rust converter and then painted. I have the necessary gear (rust converter, paint, brushes etc) but don't back my DIY skills to get it done. Would appreciate someone with better know how to ensure it's a good job. I'll be on hand to help if it's this weekend. Will have to bring your own ladder and clear silicon suited to external conditions. 2. Clear the gutters on top of the house (removing leaves etc). Area of approx 100sqm. This is a double storey townhouse. Note: No tools will be provided (probably need a ladder to climb above 2 storeys, big bag to collect leaves from gutters, clear weatherproof silicon, gloves, etc.) and person doing the tasks will have to take photos of before and after. Feel free to ask more questions if I've missed out on any important info. - Due date: Before Saturday, 14 May 2022 and weather-dependent (can't be on a rainy day!)
