Hi there, A couple of months ago, I had some wooden draftproofing installed on a couple of windows and a couple of doors. I would like painter to come and paint the bare wooden proofing frames either a white for the windows, or a rough deep ocean/ocean colour in the case of the door frame (if you have those latter colours), depending on the frame paint. This would be for both aesthetic and sealing purposes. You would need to supply the paint and gear. I have attached photos of the proofing. You would have to paint finely enough to avoid the black fabric seals.

Not a new down pipe might need to be cut back and re run to have the correct fall and discharge correctly.

The rainy day there will be wet.

Check the leaking wall and repair it in the first photo. Two other places need to glue on wall.

Hello, I have gutters on my home that I need cleaned out. They have quite a bit of debris in them from a large tree in our backyard. They have also started growing weeds in a number of locations. It is a slanted corrogated tin roof with one flat area for access.

Need gutters cleaned on single story, renovated Californian bungalow detached house in Northcote. Gentle sloping site with roof height shorter at front and taller at the back. Most blocked section is at rear of extension where access is easy.

Remove creeper growing in gutters and reduce height (this will require access through house - balcony onto the roof)

Need someone to clean gutters around single story house. Not a massive house (three bedroom, one bathroom, etc)

Need an existing downpipe relocated around the corner. Rainwater head stays where it is. The reason fo this is i am installing a pergola and the downpipe is currently an obstruction. See attached photo. Blue mark up is the pergola roughly. And the red mark up is how i want the downpipe to bend and relocate. After the pergola is complete i want to install a colorbond flashing at the top to cover a 30mm gap between the pergola frame and the exterior wall. The flashing will be 6.2m in length.

Couple of cracked roof tiles need replacing - single storey house. We can provide the spare tiles, you will need a ladder though.
