Gutter requiring fixing or can it be fixed or replaced?

Need someone to get on the roof and inspect where the leak is. I suspect there is a leak where my roof connects to my neighbour’s wall. I have attached 2 photos. One is my roof and the other is the inside of my neighbour’s garage. When it rains, water is entering my neighbour’s garage. I also require the flashing on another section of my room to be fixed. Currently it is bent and is directing water to the corner, which is resulting in the water overflowing off my roof instead of flowing into the gutter.

We have about ~50 metres of guttering that is in various states of wear (single level townhouse in Mount Waverley). Some parts definitely require replacement (water cascading through on rainy days) while other sections appear ok. We'd like to get a quote to see whether the worn sections can be replaced, or alternatively, if all the guttering needs replacing.

We need help going onto the roof to remove the gutter guard from one section of our double storey house. Screws need to be put back with silicon to ensure it does not leak. Hopefully a quick and easy job. Easy access via side of house onto a flat roof garage then onto the second storey.

The installer needs to provide the required tools. Experience in installing insulation is necessary for the job. The hourly rate $50.00 will be paid. At least 16-24 hours will be required.
