Find experienced local roofers in Mount Waverley

I'm seeking a carpenter, roofer, or builder to inspect and repair a wobbly roof beam in my home. Builsing inspection report didnt see anything unusual (visual inspection). However, I recently contracted a pest control service and I was told that one of the beams holding the roof is wobbly. No apparent cracks or damage. You will need to bring a ladder to access the roof (single floor home).

A tile on my double story pitched roof has come loose and needs to be repositioned and pinned down. I have spare ceramic roof tiles if needed, however I think they won't be needed.
