Two story home, have found a wet spot on the upper floor ceiling. Appears there’s a cracked tile. I’ll need someone to come and have a look at the roof and replace the tile. I won’t require any plaster work or painting. I don’t have any replacement tiles.

Hello, I recently purchased a second-hand Hyundai i45 Premium model with a panoramic sunroof. However, the sunroof has a sliding issue, the rail on the right-hand side seems to be a bit broken, and currently, the power supply has been cut off for the sunroof, as once you open it, you can't close it back. We need a mechanic as soon as possible. Thank you.

I’m after someone to remove the tiles from the shower in the photo, then apply a waterproof membrane, then tile new tiles that I will provide. The new tiles will be similar in size to the existing ones in the photo.

Update: I’ve been told the owner of this equipment will now take it down next week which we will now await for. If it’s still there by the end of next week (30th May) I’ll go ahead with this task. Need someone with a ladder and appropriate PPE such as a safety harness etc. to remove it from our roof and put it on the ground (I.e. no need to take it away) Four planks and four angled brackets that are tec screwed into the roof. I could do this myself and happy to help but don’t have a ladder long enough or a safety harness. The corrugated roof is about 3.5 m high.

My shower is tiled but the tiles terminate lower in height on the wall than I would like. I’m after someone who can lay approx 3 rows of additional tiles to my shower so the tiled area is increased in height. I need this additional area to be waterproofed before it is tiled as well. I will supply the tiles only.

Need a licenced and experienced person to replace these sections of leaking gutters, fascia board and quads i think they are called (wooden bits above between the fascia and gutter?) and painted if possible. first pic is 2 meters, second is 3.5 meters and 3rd is approximately 4 meters.
