I’m looking for an experienced installer/builder to assemble and install a small garden shed on top of a 20ft shipping container at my venue in Cremorne (near Swan St). The shed is: Absco 2.26m x 1.52m reverse skillion shed (from Bunnings) Important details: The shed will be installed on a flat shipping container roof (approx. 6m x 2.4m) This is not a standard ground install — experience with sheds, roofing, or elevated installs is important I do NOT want the container roof penetrated/drilled into (no direct fixing into the metal roof) Scope of work: Assemble shed (flat pack from Bunnings) Build a suitable base frame (timber) to sit on the container Ensure the base is level and weight-distributed Install protective layer (e.g. rubber pads) between base and roof Secure shed to the base frame (not the container) Ensure structure is stable and safe for wind exposure Nice to have (not essential but preferred): Experience installing sheds on rooftops or unusual surfaces Ability to advise on best way to secure and weatherproof setup Access: Easy access via venue (details can be discussed) Location: Cremorne VIC 3121 Timing: Flexible — ideally within the next 1–2 weeks Please include: Photos of previous shed installs or similar work Brief explanation of how you would approach this job Happy to discuss details and materials if needed. Looking for someone to come in and remove the sound proof padding as displayed in the images. We are based in an office so would need someone to come in between the hours of 9:30am - 4:30pm, our offices shut at 5pm.

Supply and install rainhead to this corner of front verandah gutter where down pipe meets to help with water overflow during heavy rain. Also replace metal downpipe with slightly wider PVC down pipe for better flow. Richmond based.

It appears we have a leaking down pipe over our lower roof which leaks into house. I could see a drip coming from the 90 the degree join. Hoping to have repaired Monday or Tuesday.

Roof leak and plaster board damage

I'm converting an existing room into a podcast recording space and need help reducing external construction noise and installing fixtures. There’s ongoing construction in the land plot next to us and the goal is to dampen vibration and noise so recordings are clean and distraction-free. I've been advised that the best approach is to build a “room within a room” to reduce vibration and sound transfer. Additionally, I have purchased curtains that I'd like to hang on the side walls, but can’t mount them because the existing walls which are just acoustic plasterboard and not soundproofed and use thin TrueCore steel studs that aren’t load-bearing. Will need a light internal timber frame or another safe structure to mount into. I'm looking for someone who can help me with this soundproofing setup and ensure the space is ready for recording. Bonus if you’ve soundproofed or acoustically treated a project like this before.

Im looking for price quotes on three tracks. 1 is curved, 2+3 are standard straight line but theres a dropped ceiling w/ insulation box to get thru before you reach the concretre ceiling these will be drilled into. Need quotes from people who are priced competitively. And NO i do not need curtains--we make them here :) Just needing a quote that covers 3 tracks (one curved) and installation cost. Small leak in the low section of roof at my single story house after all the rain. Think it needs someone with a ladder to get up and put some sealant into the joint of the glass roof with the side of the house - to re water seal it. Want it done asap.
