I have a emergency X5, I am wanting to put Roof Racks on top. I am happy to purchase them. I just don’t know which ones to purchase. I then need someone to help put them on my car. Preferably black sleek looking ones

Hi guys, looking for someone to patch up small holes between our roof and the conjoining semi next door. We have had a possum make his way through the hole and dance around at night so very eager to get this closed. We initially thought it was a rat but Rentokil came by and noted it was a possum and showed us photos on tiny little cracks where it could be coming through.

Just moved into a rental and very concerned about the safety of this balcony with my 1 year old and 3 year old. Haven’t got exact measurements but there are two sections to the balcony. First one is approx 3 metres (or more) and second section is about 1.5-2m. Looking for the safest most secure option.

Hi I had a drain slide down off the gutter and may require a new drain elsewhere

My tenanted property in Coogee has developed an occasional leak as a result of an old rusted perforated gully at the front of the property. I need the gully replacing. Access is good, you shouldn't even need a ladder as your can access the roof from the carport which is elevated. I have a few pictures but happy to meet on site to view. Regards Chris

The internal wooden frame of my van's pop top roof needs to be fixed as it doesn't hold anymore. The fix doesn't need to bring it back to original, I am just looking for a way to tie everything back together. See pictures for more details
