Just moved into a rental and very concerned about the safety of this balcony with my 1 year old and 3 year old. Haven’t got exact measurements but there are two sections to the balcony. First one is approx 3 metres (or more) and second section is about 1.5-2m. Looking for the safest most secure option.

Hi I had a drain slide down off the gutter and may require a new drain elsewhere

My tenanted property in Coogee has developed an occasional leak as a result of an old rusted perforated gully at the front of the property. I need the gully replacing. Access is good, you shouldn't even need a ladder as your can access the roof from the carport which is elevated. I have a few pictures but happy to meet on site to view. Regards Chris

The internal wooden frame of my van's pop top roof needs to be fixed as it doesn't hold anymore. The fix doesn't need to bring it back to original, I am just looking for a way to tie everything back together. See pictures for more details

Gutter cleaning single storey house

The task is to remove multiple lichen spots from the polycarbonate roof over a rear deck. (See pics.) A weak bleach solution (3%) will be provided. Removal of a lichen spot involves: wetting the lichen spot with the solution, using a small paint brush; waiting about 1 minute; gently rubbing the lichen so as to remove it without damaging the polycarbonate; rinsing off the lichen & solution with water. The roof dimensions are approximately 9m x 2.7m (~24 sq.m.). Height off the deck is between 2.5m - 3m. A ladder will be available to climb onto the roof. A plywoood sheet for you to kneel on will be available to place over the polycarbonate. As this is roof work, Taskers should be safety-focussed and should have their own insurance for personal injury coverage.

General clean of gutters and roof, also need the below work on as stated in a recent roofing inspection ; Box gutter is located on top of the damaged bedroom ceiling where damage has occurred. - Box gutter is holding water at the rear right-hand side. - Box gutter at the left-hand side of the house is located on top of the stairway wall. - Box gutter at the single story level is non-compliant as it is discharging perpendicular to the box gutter. Apparently a plumbing skills and extended ladder are required

we have converted balconies that leak air so we want to have them insulated and sealed to have better energy efficiency. We are also developing mould on the current walls which we want to have sorted out.
