Install Curtains and Roman Blinds – New House Looking for someone experienced installing curtains/blinds. These have been purchased from DIY blinds. New house in Palm Beach. Install required: • 4 bedroom windows with double curtains (sheer + curtain) • 3 bedroom windows with Roman blinds All curtains/blinds, brackets and fixings supplied. Labour and tools only required. Standard plasterboard walls and easy access. Please bring tools (drill, level, ladder etc). Ceiling height is 3m & 2.7m. Needs to be completed next Wednesday 25/03.

The job involves: Inspecting both Roman blinds Diagnosing the cause of the issue Repairing or replacing any cords or mechanisms as required Reinstalling and testing the blinds once complete Materials will need to be purchased as part of the job. Bunnings and Mitre 10 are both close to the house for convenience. Costs can be reimbursed depending on offer. Both blinds are already installed and easy to access.

Existing curtain rod attachment not secure, it needs to be able to hold heavy curtains and may need backing plates at 3 attachment points. the roman blind comes including the attaching method as is an Ikea roman blind.

I’m looking for an experienced person to make me 3 or 4 Roman blinds using materials that I already have. There is one set of windows that are about 3.5m long and 1.2 ish high that probably require two sets of blinds (hopefully two will be enough). And then a smaller window 50cm by 1.2 ish in the same room that also needs a blind. I have attached photos of the two windows and the material. I am in Waverley.

I would like this woven roman blind installed in my heritage kitchen window. It's only 900mm wide so should be quick and easy. It's a face fit install onto a flat part of the architrave. There are 2 brackets supplied and a cleat for the cord but no screws.

I already drilled the holes and screw the brackets into the window. Though when I try to put the headrail in place doesn't click. The headrail is quite long to might just be because it's too hard to do by myself. Might just need to be 2 persons and we push at the same time then it can click.
