Blind won’t go up due to the mechanics plastic things that have snapped

It's Larger size Roman blind and it's not closing.

I would like two Roman blinds made for my dining and living rooms (photos 1&2) Finished dimensions approx 960mm W x 1830mm Drop (will provide exact measures before manufacture/you can measure when you collect fabric) I have the outer fabric, you will need to collect this and also supply blackout lining and all fixtures and fittings. The blinds are to be fitted inside the window frames as per the third photo of an existing blind. I can be flexible on timing, would ideally like them made as soon as possible. Removal of 7 Venetian blinds and 1 Roman blind.

Restring 1 Roman blind (cord supplied) and fix an inbuilt wardrobe - doors are misaligned on tracks and the four drawers are off their tracks.

The Roman blind normally pulls up like in first image. When I went to pull it up today, the folds just all fell down (see second image, behind computer). There was a small cord dangling at top, which must link the loops on the back of the blind to the pulley system. It must have broken on both sides at the same time (the blind is about 7 years old). The last photo shows the metal cord which is used to pull the blind up and down. I think it is just the cord that needs fixing, threading through the loops, etc., but I am not confident to do it myself, would prefer someone with experience of blinds.

Hanging Roman blinds in bathroom Blinds are above a bath so not sure if a ladder can be used. Might need to be someone 6” tall to reach.

The blind mechanism is faulty and it can’t be pulled up or down anymore It could be repaired but may cost more to fix Please quote on either option . Ideally I’d like a remote control blind since it’s in the bedroom . It may lead to more work for the other blinds if the price is right

The rolling mechanism that opens the blinds has broken, and needs to be replaced- these Roman blinds are from the 90s, and it’s the cord spool and chain mechanism that need replacing.

1. Roman blind cord needs replacing. Large bay window roman blinds. Central blind has a frayed cord that needs replacing. Please also inspect the adjoining blinds. 2. Wheel of roller blind needs replacing. The cord slips off.
