I need someone to unblock a sink and install a Insinkerator.

Cistern is an older Coroma concord 2 flush, I think the leak is in the ball cock valve. Also the associated faucet needs the o-ring replaced

The cold tap in my en suite has recently stopped working. The hot tap still functions as it should but the cold doesn’t come out at all. Before it stopped working it went through a spell where you would turn it and a small amount would come out, then as you continued turning it went off then came back on to full flow.

I need a new toilet installed. It will be same kind as the one being replaced. New one has damaged bowl. Old one needs to be replaced & taken away. I will supply new toilet require installation & caulking at base.

Two sets of separate sink taps in the kitchen and bathroom require new washers. Also the toilet has an internal leak needs checking.

Under sink water filtration installation required along with new mixer tap.

Toilet cistern not shutting off and water trickles into toilet. Likely filler valve or overflow problem.

The job would require 1. Changing 2 toilets 2. Change both the bathrooms leaking taps and showers. 3. Change sink vanity of one bathroom 4. Under kitchen sink, leakage check and change whatever is necessary. 5. Replace 2 mirrors. Thanks

Have replaced washers and tap in the bathroom but still has a slow leak. May need re seating?

Install P trap toilet. Plumbing and tap I’ve attached a bunch of photos. I have a very old house 1920. There is a small space where there was once a toilet. (Removed before I bought) I’m wondering if a toilet can go there. There is down pipe outside the exterior wall. Not sure if it is the correct one for a toilet. I also can’t see any water tap pipe. But when I moved in there was a tap on the wall and hole for p trap. Think my partner removed tap. Anyway. Just though I’d see if this is something someone could do.
