I would like to get a quotation/offer to get a P-Trap toilet bowl replaced as well as the water filter removed under the kitchen sink. Toilet bowl is not properly seated on the floor as it has a crack and moves off the floor now. Water filter (movable and not attached to anywhere) is no longer required, hence it has to be removed. Also this may require to setup a stop valve/stopper as well. It would be good if you can include the new replacement toilet bowl in to the quote/offer as well. Please see the attached photos. We had a gas leak in the gas line under the house and has no access point. Needs to put a new gas line to the water heater and gas heater at the back of the house. about 25ft long line from the gas meter.

Hello Everyone, I need someone to come and replace the vanity in our property. I also need you to find an appropriate one after checking the fittings and size.

My bathroom tap has been leaking for a while. Tried to change them myself but the taps underneath are so frayed I couldn’t get the spanner to undo it so some other tool is needed. Will buy the taps just need someone to do the job. Toilet is also running water and mini stop isn’t working to close off the water. Will be buying a new cistern so need that replaced as well as the mini stop.
