As titled we are looking to add an additional toilet in our existing bathroom, where the shelves are currently (this will be removed). Also looking to replace the existing toilet ( toilet will be supplied). Also looking to get some plumbing/gas work done in the kitchen if interested. New fittings/plumbing for new kitchen and dishwasher and disconnection of the gas stove (licensed/registered gas fitter required).

I would like to get a quotation/offer to get a P-Trap toilet bowl replaced as well as the water filter removed under the kitchen sink. Toilet bowl is not properly seated on the floor as it has a crack and moves off the floor now. Water filter (movable and not attached to anywhere) is no longer required, hence it has to be removed. Also this may require to setup a stop valve/stopper as well. It would be good if you can include the new replacement toilet bowl in to the quote/offer as well. Please see the attached photos. Need to check all bathrooms to find the leakage

My bathroom tap has been leaking for a while. Tried to change them myself but the taps underneath are so frayed I couldn’t get the spanner to undo it so some other tool is needed. Will buy the taps just need someone to do the job. Toilet is also running water and mini stop isn’t working to close off the water. Will be buying a new cistern so need that replaced as well as the mini stop.

1) My shower head is leaking and I’d like someone to come take a look and fix the issue. Not sure if it’s just a washer that needs replacing or something more — I need someone who can diagnose the problem and carry out the repair. 2) Washbasin tap needs to be checked as the water hardly flows through it.
