Hi there,I need a licensed professional to do a straight, like-for-like swap of my existing built-in kitchen appliances. I am replacing an electric built-in oven and a separate gas cooktop. Both units fit standard 60cm openings, and the new ones will slide straight into the existing cutouts (no cabinet or benchtop cutting required).

Our upstairs shower tap is leaking. The tap is off but water continues to drip from the bottom of the tap.

Need a toilet installed. In same spot plumbing already there. I’ve removed existing toilet just need the toilet and cistern built and installed. Hose and tap in same location.

I have two shower area needs install puddle flanges before doing the water proofing. Install 2 x 50mm puddle flanges for shower wastes. Bathroom floor is cement sheet over Yellow Tongue flooring. Flanges need to be installed correctly and securely, ready for the waterproofer.

My dad put cement under my house and now it’s created a ground water problem. He tried to create a room but there’s nowhere for the groundwater to go when it rains. So for the past 10+ years I’ve been needed to take the water out manually. It’s basically a big swimming pool down there. I need a recommendation to solve this water issue.

Current basin tap set is installed in kitchen sink and 1 of the tap is dripping becuase of worn washer probably, I bought new basin tap set which I need installation and have uploaded current and new setup pictures.

Toilet blocks often, fix is to put hose down the outside drain.

I need the washing machine hose connected to cold water tap

We have a shower over bath and the Bathtub drain appears to be blocked. Water is taking a very long time to drain after a shower. This has been happening for a little while but has gotten worse in terms of time its taking for the water to drain.
