Install ceramic sink with taps and parts provided - materials excluded . Sink is same just a replacement due to a crack in the original

Our toilet won't stop running into the bowl (we think it needs a new washer) and the toilet supply valve is leaking near the wall. Do you heave experience with plumbing and could you fix this? We will get the supplies you need ahead of time if you can let us know what we need.

An item above my bathroom mirror fell and cracked the ceramic basin. I need to get it replaced. Ideally a plumber. will need to organise the basin as well. Price negotiable.

We need to adjust the inlet and outlet taps in out laundry so that we can add a dishwasher. These inlets and outlets and currently being used for our washing machine only.
