Shower in apartment can’t be turned off fully and leaks from shower head.

Change x10 washers; adjust toilet cistern so it doesn't run after its flushed; replace kitchen sink S bend, and add the correct plumbing so that a dishwasher can be installed (this will run behind drawers to be where the microwave and stand are) ; potentially replace x2 sets of tapware (kitchen and bathroom)

Inlet valve connection that connects washing machine to tap is leaking. Need someone to replace valve at the end of the hose. Simpson branded washing machine. See photos attached.
