Trying to fit my washing machine. I’ve cleaned out the drainage pipe and the pump casing but water keeps leaking out of the pump casing when I try and run it.

Kitchen tap is loose and needs to be changed. I have purchased a similar tap

We have a small water tank buried in our front yard to collect the water from the roof. We then have this connected to our back garden using a Veda Rain2Main pump which I think switches the water from the tank to the main water supply if the tank is empty. The problem is that the water pressure in the back garden is low and is t enough to power the sprinkler system in the back garden. So the lawn watering spike doesn’t rise with the pressure of the water.

Fix for a leaking shower head

We need a licensed plumber to connect a water supply. Has been previously connected so infrastructure is there. Just need a faucet and sink hooked up for the kitchenette.

A tap in our bathroom won't stop running, we've tried to fix it ourselves but we think a plumber is necessary at this point. It's an older house with old plumbing. Single-story house in Randwick.

Replace shower tap washers.

Shower in apartment can’t be turned off fully and leaks from shower head.

Change x10 washers; adjust toilet cistern so it doesn't run after its flushed; replace kitchen sink S bend, and add the correct plumbing so that a dishwasher can be installed (this will run behind drawers to be where the microwave and stand are) ; potentially replace x2 sets of tapware (kitchen and bathroom)

Inlet valve connection that connects washing machine to tap is leaking. Need someone to replace valve at the end of the hose. Simpson branded washing machine. See photos attached.
