I bought a FORIOUS WELS Kitchen Sink Tap Mixer (https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0D2NNRMMC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) which i need installed. I'm now wondering whether i should replace the whole sink with something a littler newer. Not sure if plumbers sell the sings or whether i also buy it online then get it installed.

Outdoor tap leaks and is too close to the ground to be useful. Need help to raise the tap up and fix leak. Ideally want to be able to fit watering can under the tap.

Tap is a bit wobbly and once its turned to the hot water side it takes a long time to get the hot water coming, once the hot water comes it will last about 2 minutes and then get cold. It will then take a really long time to get hot again.
