Sink gushing water through the base. Stop is turned off currently. When the stop is turned back on, water continues from base but doesn’t come through the tap. Update: hose appears damaged.

- replace a bathtub water mixer , pull out mixer stuck in one position , I would like to replace the whole mixer as the current one seem to be faulty - fix a leaking toilet flush valve/pipe .. There is a water leak from the toilet flash valve or pipe connected to it , need to replace the pipe

The outside tap has a hole in it and is now leaking. The tap doesn’t seem to be connected to water main and is still running so I’ve put some leak tap on for now. Looking for someone to repair asap. Thanks

Hot water is not coming in termo tank

The storm water drain pictured here needs to be cleaned and unclogged to allow for water flow. Drain is about 3 meters long. Has a single drainage point on one side.

The fridge is still working the it is not cold enough. The freezer is still working well.

Leaking bathroom tap. I replaced the washers recently. That slowed the drip for a while, but now it is back and having to over-tighten the tap to turn off. The taps are pretty knackered, open to replacing the whole tap if required. Qualified plumbers only please.

Have an outdoor sink that I need moved in order to have new aircon units installed. It either needs to be moved slightly to the left of its current location, or failing being able to do that, removed entirely. Access to under the deck is limited without removing planks.

A garden hose attachment has become lodged (and blocked)inside the pipe work in the skimmer box. See the diagram. The hose fitting is similar to the picture attached.

Fix faucet sink tap kitchen

plumbing-current rigid pipe from back of the toilet to the wall..need it to be replaced with a flexible pipe and into a double adaptor so to connect a Bidet to the back of the toilet on the same double adator. I have all the parts already, just need someone to put it together. thanks
