Replace old broken tap with a new one that I’ve just purchased

The water is leaking from this beam on the roof in the kitchen on to the floor.

Replace bottle trap and drain for a Fowler/Caroma sink, including supply of new bottle trap and waste in nickel finish plus fittings as required. Not sure if it is the right one but Caroma Urbane II bottle trap in brushed nickel for $236 plus waste $50. But I am not sure if this will fit. The it at the bottom of the sink is about 2 inches diameter - see photo. Say budget of $600.

Based on feedback, updating the budget to cover just the inspection of existing toilet to help purchase of the new toilet. We are replacing our toilet. Help needed to cover 2 things: 1. Ensure buying the correct toilet with sizings etc to make the installation easy. This may require an initial visit to remove the current toilet to confirm locations etc of the existing water and sewage. I know the make / model wanted to install so helping to ensure the right fixtures are ordered. 2. On arrival of the toilet. Remove existing toilet and install new toilet. Let me know any questions. Replace garbage disposal with new unit (needs mounting plumbing under sink - flange?), repair bathroom tap with stuck spindle, add additional washing machine via splitter, investigate dishwasher intermittent draining (poss related to broken garbage disposal?). I will supply the new garbage disposal. Feel free to laugh at my waterproofing attempts.

Hi! I’m looking for someone to help with removing an old shower head and installing a new one. The current shower head has been in place for quite a while (older apartment), and I haven’t been able to get it off myself — it seems to be quite stuck. I’ll provide the new shower head attachment, just need someone with the right tools and know-how to: • Remove the old shower head (may require a bit of force or specific tools) • Install the new one • Make sure it’s fitted properly and working as it should (no leaks, secure, good water flow, etc.) Would love someone who’s done this before and can get it sorted fairly quickly.
