Please restore the plumbing to our underground water tank to working order. Our backyard storm water tank pump is not working. We purchased the property last year, the pump has not worked since we moved in. The tank is easily accessible in our back yard. 3200mm diameter 2000mm deep There is a nearby VADA pump that states "pump failure" I suspect it needs a new constant water pump. Hello, I had not hot water in my house. I got the boiler replaced, all sparkie work done as well. The boiler is working fine but no hot water in the house. If i turn the kitchen hot water tap on then the bathroom has hot water. There seems to be some sort of cross connection. I need someone to diagnose and fix the issue

Hello, i need my Rheem boiler model number 491250R7 serviced as the water is only warm or sometimes totally cold. It might be the tempering valve. The boiler is 9 years old. Please provide quote for a full service that includes replacement of Anode, replacement of pressure relief valve 1000 KPA, replacement of tempering valve, replacement of expansion control valve (850 KPA), DUO and PLV Valve replacement as well.
