Find an experienced plumber in Newmarket

Hello, I had not hot water in my house. I got the boiler replaced, all sparkie work done as well. The boiler is working fine but no hot water in the house. If i turn the kitchen hot water tap on then the bathroom has hot water. There seems to be some sort of cross connection. I need someone to diagnose and fix the issue

The water draining through kerb is puddling up near end of driveway. The kerb / concrete edge needs to be readjusted to stop rain water from puddling up near end of driveway and should be allowed to flow away from driveway towards downslope on road The city council has already given permission and authority to conduct the repairs with very simple conditions

The washing machine is leaking water. No sure what the issue is.

Install sink, fix leaking shower and unclog dishwasher drain

Water tank disconnect and removal. Pump disconnect and dispose. Reconnect downpipe to drain pipe. Steel residential tank good access.

The current old toilet is leaking through the pipe behind the toilet when flushing. So we though we should just have it replaced with a new one, a bidet toilet if possible. Toilet not purchased yet. Please give me a quote for labour only, and labour with materials. The price is just a place holder

Toilet float and/or fill valve seem to be malfunctioning - toilet cistern overfills and water runs into the overflow tube.
