Bathroom sink & shower drains not emptying out quickly and water pooling.

This is a bit hard to explain, please also see the photos. but in a nutshell: What is the issue? 1/ We have a shower cubicle and I ordered a bath tub and currently it is just placed on top. 2/ When we drain it, it just drains at the bottom into the shower. 3/ We are finding that mould is getting to the bottom of it so we have to clean it regularly. What do I want done? - I want someone to help me install this semi-permanently, with proper sealing where required and drainage - Perhaps it's as simple as sealing it all up with a small hose to drain to the main shower. - Ideally, in the future some time, I can remove it so it would be good to retain the tiles underneath. - Cleaning of the bottom of the bath tub and the tiles I can do myself prior to this job commencing.

I need grouting for shower bathroom. There is a water leak and confirmed from plumber that grouting needs to be fixed . Attached photos . It’s required between base and tiles and some lower level tiles

My Bellini Electric Owen not working

We recently moved into an existing 11 year old house. Checked the shower head in guest bathroom after moving in and no issues. Not turned on for many months due to a lot of other maintenance work around the house and now not producing any water when we try to turn the tap on (not sure if one of the workers changed any outdoor valves/settings etc). Problem could be as simple as an individual valve turned off, or cartridge block but unsure

Shower head is spraying water everywhere. Needs fixing. Can be done today after 5pm or tomorrow after 2pm. Thank you

Replace existing sink with a deep single-bowl sink (confirm size before purchase). We can talk about budget then Replace tap with a tap with pull-out spray feature. Seal & finish countertop where old draining board is removed (fill or cover gap). Ensure all plumbing connections are secure and functional and check the dishwashing under areas if any leaks

My freezer is not cold and keeps defrosting my food. Need somebody to please take a look at it.

The shower is blocked. Have tried to unblock it with a plunger. However it’s not working. May need blaster to remove blockage.

I need this storm water tank disconnected and disposed. OR moved to a different area of the backyard. No need to reconnect the tank again. Need the space it's currently standing on to be free. If you could please include quote for both options. Not sure what the capacity / weight of the tank is, looks heavy. There is nothing wrong with it, should be able to re-sell the tank.

At my place backyard sewer blockage water come out.

Water eventually drains slowly but may need to pull apart pipes and dislodge blockage.

Need this replaced (seems like tap isnt stopping water)

Constant dripping. I have checked tap washers which seem ok. Its now beyond me to fix.

2 water tanks removed just needing 2 pipes redirected into storm water can use pipe that’s here might need a few bits that change direction 90mm pipe
