Bathroom sink & shower drains not emptying out quickly and water pooling.

This is a bit hard to explain, please also see the photos. but in a nutshell: What is the issue? 1/ We have a shower cubicle and I ordered a bath tub and currently it is just placed on top. 2/ When we drain it, it just drains at the bottom into the shower. 3/ We are finding that mould is getting to the bottom of it so we have to clean it regularly. What do I want done? - I want someone to help me install this semi-permanently, with proper sealing where required and drainage - Perhaps it's as simple as sealing it all up with a small hose to drain to the main shower. - Ideally, in the future some time, I can remove it so it would be good to retain the tiles underneath. - Cleaning of the bottom of the bath tub and the tiles I can do myself prior to this job commencing.

We recently moved into an existing 11 year old house. Checked the shower head in guest bathroom after moving in and no issues. Not turned on for many months due to a lot of other maintenance work around the house and now not producing any water when we try to turn the tap on (not sure if one of the workers changed any outdoor valves/settings etc). Problem could be as simple as an individual valve turned off, or cartridge block but unsure

I need this storm water tank disconnected and disposed. OR moved to a different area of the backyard. No need to reconnect the tank again. Need the space it's currently standing on to be free. If you could please include quote for both options. Not sure what the capacity / weight of the tank is, looks heavy. There is nothing wrong with it, should be able to re-sell the tank.
