Unknown to me the concreters covered the drains that were near the concrete path. 1st drain: I've dug up 1 drain and it works fine so I need to lift that one up to ground height and shift slightly to the right. 2nd drain: seems like theyve broken the drain casing so need that replaced and lifted.

Hot water is currently not working in the house. I am unsure why. The stovetop has gas, so I am unsure what the issue is. I would like a diagnostic of the issue and for it to be fixed.

Discovered what seems to be around minor leak at face value at the mains water tap that's leaking a little out onto the side walk (this is what triggered further investigation). Looking to see if anyone is available to come out and take a look and a fix ideally at an affordable price. Photos added: Prior to the hole being flooded with water as pictured (due to filling up reserves for use), observation is that the drain leak could is most likely by rusted piping. Would like an approximate price to fix.
