A few handyman fixes required before 12pm tomorrow at my ground floor unit in Milton: * Toilet roll holder is loose - my partner tried to fix it but says the screw is lodged in and he can't get it out - will need to re drill through tile but he was hesitant to do that as he's never done it before - and we don't have the right screws for it. Will need to bring screws and comfortable drilling tile / have installed toilet roll holders before. * TV stand is not screwed to the TV - lost the screws and don't know what size to use - would suit if you have a selection of screws on you to try out please. * Remove and install a new small clothes line (similar to existing) On site visitor and street parking available.

My dishwasher is indicating an error that leads me to believe it’s pipe pressure (I.e. something is stuck in the pipes and the pressure is too low for the dishwasher to work). Could someone please come and help with checking whether it’s the case?

Vanity waste to be redirected as drawers now on other side. Laundry tub install. Slight redirection of waste. Replace toilet pan over new tiles. Replace two flexi hose under kitchen sink Seal off defunct shower outlet.

I need to have my water filtration system replaced, and I will provide the filter. Additionally, I’d like to have my tap moved to my new apartment within the same building, along with the water filter. This means: The existing tap in my current apartment should be reinstalled before I move out. In the new apartment, the tap should be replaced with my filtered tap. With the water filer The process should be straightforward and should take approximately an hour. Please let me know if this is feasible and when it can be scheduled.
