Needs plumber to remove it all. The bench will need a blanking cap to cover the hole left behind from the tap. Preferably a silver cover type. Must be gone by 5pm Sunday

Following problem: there's a bad smell from the drains in the laundry room and the kid room's bathroom. Having a bath or a shower causes gurgling sounds in drains in other rooms and worsens the smell there. Shower water drains only slowly. Hi there, I’ve got a small leak under my bathroom sink — it’s coming from the top plastic washer area, where the drain pipe goes through the cabinet. It doesn’t leak when the pipe stays still, but it starts dripping if the pipe moves slightly. I think the seal or washer might have loosened when the pipe was pushed. Should be a quick fix — probably just needs resealing or tightening the connection. Please bring basic plumbing tools and some silicone or plumber’s sealant if needed.

Hi, I need someone to come out and get the hot water service working at my property. When the property was inspected before purchase, the hot water was working fine. At the pre-settlement inspection, the gas was turned off at the meter, so the oven, cooktop, and hot water weren’t working. Today we turned the gas back on, and while the oven and cooktop are now working, we couldn’t get the hot water service to light despite multiple attempts. Looking for someone experienced with hot water systems to come and take a look and get it working.
