Looking for a licensed plumber to replace two bathroom items: 1. Cracked undermount bathroom basin - Existing basin is approximately 515 mm wide × 335 mm deep × 130 mm high - Basin is installed underneath the benchtop and siliconed in place - Basin has substantial cracking which has penetrated through to the underside - Plumber who inspected it has recommended replacement rather than repair - Existing basin will need to be carefully cut out/removed. The inspecting plumber advised that two people may be required to safely support the basin during removal - Replacement basin needs to be suitable for the existing benchtop opening - Please include removal/disposal of the old basin, installation, sealing, plumbing reconnection and testing 2. Leaking ceiling-mounted shower rose - Existing overhead shower rose/head is leaking significantly from the shower head/assembly - Water is spraying outside the intended showering area - Inspecting plumber has recommended replacement - No particular finish is required for the replacement shower rose. Functionality and compatibility with the existing plumbing are the priority. - Please include removal of the existing shower rose, supply/installation of replacement and testing Photos showing the existing basin, cracking, underside installation, measurements, shower rose and leakage are attached. The findings of the inspecting plumber have been summarised above. Please quote for supply and installation. If possible, please provide the basin and shower rose costs separately. Please also advise if you need to inspect the property before providing a final fixed quote. If possible, please also comment on the likely cause of the basin cracking — for example, whether in your professional opinion it appears consistent with impact damage, installation/stress-related cracking, or normal wear and tear.

Drain to be unclogged and cleaned

I have bought a new shower head that needs installing. It is a Caroma Urbane 2 (no rail) It installs the the standard connection but has a switch between shower head and hand held.

Hi, Bathroom shower tap is currently leaking - was previously difficult to close properly, but now drips even when fully closed.

Shower is leaking. Tried to replace the washers myself, but there seems to be silicone encased around the taps. Please replace the washers in both taps to stop the leaking shower and check why the silicone was there in the first place. It might also need to replaced if there is a secondary leak. Extra info: I had this task completed in May this year and they are leaking again so there might be a another issue at play here. Please help us understand why this would happen so soon after repairs.

I need a shower head replacement.

I want to connect 2 plastic hoses to one lever mixer tap. Convert 2 taps system into 1 mixer tap in my shower. Alternatively just replace that one tap valve body, whatever is cheaper. I tried to re-seat the tap and in grinded to a hole..

Hot water system not working properly (running out very quickly). Needs assessing/quote re repair/replace. Obviously expect actual repair/replacement to cost more.

Connect hot water to shower. Was not done when flashing was done. Piping hot water all accessible. Require someone with the tools to do the job .

I need a handyman to: fix/replace a broken hinge on my toilet seat.
