Hi - would like an indicative price on changing 3 bathroom's linear drain to point drains. Bathrooms currently have a long drain with thin tiles on top. We would like to cover this up and put in a single "point" drain.

2-sink kitchen tap, hot/cold stopped turning off after filling sink evening. We turned both the tap pipe accesses (hot/cold) under our sink to off. Washer/s probably? At worse, tap toneeding replacement, though only a few years old.

Basin needs to be replaced and fitted as original basin. Either I can source the basin or you can source it and find the exact basin. I have attached the photos and exact basin with code in the photos. Price is negotiable for the job, I need it done as soon as possible before the end of April.

I need a qualified plumber to remove an old vanity basin and install new IKEA one into my bathroom. New one has been put together, just needs the basin part to be attached and the whole thing installed into the wall with the pipes.
