Hot water tap is leaking in the bathroom - bath tap. I think it requires a new washer

- Replace rail shower with new one - Replace shower taps with half turn lever taps I will supply the new rail shower/taps

The silicone around my kitchen sink has come off and needs to be removed and re-applied. Looking for someone with experience in sealing sinks to fix it properly and neatly. Please bring your own tools and silicone.

As the photo shows the roof is arched in the centre, draining off to a box gutter on each side. On the left hand side the water is leaking down the internal wall at the drainage end of the box gutter Indicating the gutter is semi blocked of leaking in some way The whole roof is nearing the end of it's life but I want to fix it to last a few more years

In our industrial bathroom - we have two very horrible old wall basins that need replacing & refitting with new small basins that we have purchased (see pics). They are old-school double taps that currently exist and need to be changed to the single hot/cold mixer on both hand basins. Most economical and functional fitting/plumbing quote please!
