Remove existing wall-mounted kitchen sink plumbing (hot, cold, and drain) that penetrates the exterior wall. Reroute hot and cold water supply lines from below through the subfloor to suit a deck-mounted faucet. Reroute the kitchen sink drain to connect from below via the subfloor, eliminating wall penetration. Cap, seal, and weatherproof all redundant internal and external wall penetrations. Leave plumbing positioned and ready for installation of a new benchtop, sink, and deck-mounted faucet (supplied by others). All work to comply with local plumbing codes and be tested for leaks.

Need plumbing connected to shower in hard walled annex. Plastic shower cubicle is installed, and drainage is plumbed. Hot & cold water is presently PEX piped to location, just needs connection. Likely need to cut an access door in rear wall, to access space between wall and shower cubicle. Alternatively, maybe possible to plumber exterior and directly into shower. Broken Toilet Seat needs urgent fixing.

Need to stop water dripping and echoing on the bottom of the 90 degree bend I am not willing to re configure the down pipe design Really just need someone to come with a large ladder to screw in some rain chains inside down pipe

A small part of copper pipe is leaking and need changing, currently the leakage was plugged but need a more permanent solution.

The new kitchen tap needs to be installed in the same connections as the old tap in the kitchen. The connection points are cup of piping as the photo shows and sync that has been installed requires PVC piping drainage to be connected

I need a roof plumber to come and change all the gutter and flushing , 1 side is the box gutter and other side the standard gutter , as well as 4 down pipes. Need to be physically inspected as it’s a factory. Factory length is approximately 30 m . Currently don’t have any pictures to provide.
