Found water ingress to master ensuite was entering through vent pipe directly above damaged plaster. All three vent pipes on this upper-level roof do not have decktites installed around them, only sealant. • Two other flashings need to be attended to by a roof plumber to rectify. (Refer to photos) • Provide a brief overview of the cause: Vent pipe above master ensuite not fitted with decktite. This only has sealant around pvc pipe. Water is entering due to sealant having come away from PVC pipe.

The water isn’t filling up at the top of the toilet and needs a looking out by someone who is either a licensed plumber who knows what they’re doing as a Handyman
