General plumbing work need as washer replaced

I have an existing right hand drain / left hand bowl sink measuring approximately 1080mm x480mm and would like it replaced with probably a Franke Bell 1 & 3/4 Bowl Sink with Drainer BCX621 for the price of $679 at bath-ware direct. I can pre-purchase the sink before the project starts or you can purchase it and sum it all up in the total project cost. Scope of works includes: 1. removal & replacement of the existing sink. 2. removal and refitting of the tap & water filter connections. 3. All necessary plumbing for the waters pipes and water supplies 4. All required adjustments of the countertop and under mounts for the complete installation correctly Would need some advise what can be done with the replaced sink or methods of disposal. I am changing the sink as I want a deeper bowl for the main wash area and my current drying area is depressed so water doesn't flow away, I am open to suggestions in regards to the sink model/brand.
