This is a new townhouse,we just moved in, our toilet water is brown, we need some tank cleaning and making our toilet water clear

Purchased a new toilet to replace the old one

2 x bathroom vanity taps need washer replaced

The drains in my house are blocked causing kitchen and laundry sink to overflow and not drain. Bathroom sink, shower and toilet are also affected. I’ve tried drain gels and cleaning out pipe under kitchen sink, but not working so problem is deeper along pipeline.

I want the issue assessed properly, not just silicone applied without checking. Shower is a standard apartment bathroom. Wednesday 4th finished by 1pm or Thursday/Friday.

Toilet leaks constantly Need replacement parts

Hi , i can hear water dropping sound where the mixer handle is loacted . Might have to cut plaster and fix pipe from adjoining room. We had tv mount installed yesterday and the guy may have screwed where the pipe is . Need price for labour materials etc all up.

I have a basin and vanity to install with existing plumbing. I need carpentry to create holes in the vanity for plumbing, I need to source legs to create the vanity to the existing height. I also am not sure if the mixer tap that I own is compatible with the plumbing. If not I need advice on what to purchase. I will need removal of current set up, installation and corking.
