Installation of cold outdoor tap

Need someone professional to fix the leaking issue on 1. The shower head in the bathroom 2. The sink tap in the kitchen Please replace them if necessary. 3. Also please help to fix the sliding door issue (possibly the roller wheel issue) in the bathroom.

Need to install bidet spray in 2 bathrooms. The bidet sprays will need to be supplied as well. Please quote total cost of procuring the bidet sprays + installation charges.

Washer has completely disintegrated, i dont have the tools to take the tap off!

The down pipe is not aligned with the adaptor which is causing water to leak. See the pictures for details. Looking for an experienced person who can fix this properly. Please message how you plan to fix this issue. Thanks

Plumber to re-install new shower set & two basin taps

It seems my down pipes are blocked. I want a plumber to clean the down pipes from any tree root by a drain jet and drain snake.

My aunt is currently experiencing potential plumbing issues in her backyard—there might be a leak or blockage in the water pipes.

Have a tap at a pizza shop thats leaking even after the water supply valve is shut.

My shower is leaking, I changed the shower head but the issue is in the taps I think, and I can't change that one myself at the moment. I also want to change the wastafel, it has the same taps but not sealed with the sealant

We are looking at installing a new dishwasher at our unit but there is no suitable plumbing currently in place. New plumbing is required.

Our pedestal bath tap was spraying water at the base so my husband removed the tap and severed and closed the pipe that goes up inside to stop the flow. We need to either have the pipe repaired, or install a new tap. I’ m hoping I can buy supplies for both options from Bunnings and you can tell me what works best when you look at it.

Had a couple of instances over the past week where I've noticed ants in the house. The first time through the front door and covering all of downstairs. The latest spotting was through the downstairs toilet (hiding inside the tank and coming through the water when flushing). It's nothing too serious but hoping to resolve this with some protection before it gets worse. (Hopefully a very quick job or some advice.) Unsure about cost but will likely take lowest bidder if it's nothing serious.

the dishwasher water is not draining, about and inch of water is stored inside. Ariston dishwasher, technical support said it is outlet drainage issue.
