Hi there, We currently have a few small plumbing issues. 1. Laundry tap is dripping 2. Kitchen tap sometimes leaks at the joint 3. Out bath taps are broken and we can’t turn it on or find taps that can be easily replaced. We tried a few taps from Bunnings and the thread wouldn’t latch so these may need to be looked at and replaced.

I have a porch that has been added to the house. It is built on the ground and is about 6 bricks high. It is tiled but I don’t know what is underneath. Currently the stormwater own pipe goes into the tiles but it has corroded. I need a few tiles pulled up so I can see what is going on and space made for a new pipe. A plumber will be engaged for that part.
