2 tasks: The shower head is leaking and may just need tightening. There is some plumber’s tape on it already, but it’s unclear whether it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. The sink drain is very slow. The plug moves up and down but doesn’t rotate or adjust in height.

Change shower head: remove old one and install new one (provided at my cost). Change toilet flusher: assess the issue, remove old flusher and install suitable new one (to be provided at my cost). Fix two taps (one in laundry one in bathtub): tightening and adjusting.

The toilet outflow pipe has a slight leak in its connecting parts. Some water comes out of it only after flushing. Unit is in Coogee. NSW. Nothing wrong with the toilet bowl. The connection on the outflow pipe may be worn out and need resealing.

Hi, My fridge has recently developed a really bad smell. I’m reasonably confident it is the drip pan which is underneath the fridge. Have cleaned fridge out and confirmed it’s not due to any items in the fridge and cleaned the inside myself. Looking for someone to fix this asap and can help in both identifying and fixing the issue.

I have a porch that has been added to the house. It is built on the ground and is about 6 bricks high. It is tiled but I don’t know what is underneath. Currently the stormwater own pipe goes into the tiles but it has corroded. I need a few tiles pulled up so I can see what is going on and space made for a new pipe. A plumber will be engaged for that part.

[Note: budgeted price is for an onsite inspection] Move the toilet so that it’s as far back against the wall as possible. Currently, it protrudes, due to the way that the waste pipe connects to the wall through a block of concrete. Moving the toilet back would require removing this block. See photos for detail.

Looking for a plumber to fix 2 issues: 1. Our laundry sink is leaking. Whenever we run the washing machine, a portion water discharged by the machine into the sink ends up flooding the laundry floor 2. The drain in our bathtub/shower appears somewhat blocked. When we shower, the water level in the bath tub gradually rises before the water is finally (and quickly) sucked down. This may or may not be related to the issue that the smell of sewage periodically arises (potentially a third issue to be fixed) We would also be keen to get a quote on a toilet replacement

An item above my bathroom mirror fell and cracked the ceramic basin. I need to get it replaced. Ideally a plumber. will need to organise the basin as well. Price negotiable.
