Hi I want to fix leaking water on the roof ASAP

Setting up Hisense 7.5 kg washing machine including plumbing.

There seems to be water faintly spraying from one particular side of our backyard. The spray seems to be coming from potentially a leak from the roof or the boiler unit, we are not too sure. We need someone qualified to identify the issue and help us resolve

Tap is leaking underneath the sink

Looking for after hours plumber to check water leak in man whole.

The metal at the bottom of water tank is leaking and the hot water system is continuously making buzzing sound. I am not sure what kind of system it is, please check the attached pics.

Old tap is loose, figured it’s time to swap it out with a new kitchen tap with pull out feature. Looking for certified plumber to install. New tap is in the box.
