Replace existing irrigation garden pump and control timer device with newer upgraded model parts. Currently both not working. Extracting water from stormwater drainage pit. Refer to photos for existing model and set- up.

Mains water tap is leaking and requires a repair. Along with planter box tap also leaking beside it.

We have a very old dishwasher (see photo) which works, however is only washing with cold water. We are renovating the house in c.6 months so just need to fix the current dishwasher to the extent possible prior to getting a new one.

Toilet seat on our Pasini - nahm toilet has come loose. One of the attachment hinges is broken (can see broken piece in photos). Though one of the hinges is still good, would like whoever does the job to replace both hinges, 2nd one looks like it could do with change (+10 years old). Job involved replacing both hinges for toilet seat to attach to new hinges

Hot water tap in shower is loose. Sink tap is also leaking slightly so may need to grouting. Very minor task I don’t imagine it will take long!

The underside of the kitchen bench around our tap is wet and soft, likely due to a leak from the tap or water seeping in from above. The chipboard is softening, and the tap has become unstable. We're looking for someone to: - Diagnose and resolve the water issue, ensuring the tap and surrounding area are dry and secure. - Provide additional support under the bench, possibly by fitting a stainless steel or aluminum collar (at least 150mm wide) around the tap shaft to provide lateral support. - Secure the tap. We would prefer someone who can visit during the week and bring all the necessary tools and materials to complete the job.
