I need an experienced plumber to install an Atlanta shower swivel outlet in an existing shower. I already have the new Atlanta swivel outlet. The female thread on the new fitting is approximately 1/2 inch (19 mm). However, the existing male threaded outlet coming from the wall appears slightly smaller (possibly around 18 mm), so I am unsure whether an adaptor or different fitting is required. The previous shower fitting was accidentally pulled away from the wall, so there is also a possibility that the existing male thread has been partly damaged. The job is therefore to: inspect the existing male threaded shower outlet and determine whether the thread is damaged; confirm whether the new Atlanta 1/2-inch swivel outlet is compatible; supply/install an appropriate adaptor or fitting if required; repair or rectify the existing thread if reasonably possible; install and correctly seal the new swivel outlet; and test the installation to ensure it is secure and watertight. I would prefer someone with plumbing experience who is comfortable dealing with damaged or mismatched threaded fittings rather than simply installing a standard shower head. Please bring appropriate plumbing tools, thread tape/sealant and any common adaptors/fittings that may be required. I am happy to pay separately for any additional parts required. I can turn the pilot light on, but as soon as you release it turns off

The toilet has been blocked, doesn't clear even after trying the plunger technique. Maybe a Toilet auger insertion with high-pressure jetting is required. A registered plumber who has a particular skill and expertise is required.

The toilet sliding door has become stuck it does close but wont open all the way. I suspect it has come off the rails and needs adjusting so it opens and closes properly.

I have an old hot water service in the roof. There are 2 lines running up to it that I’d like capped off in the sub floor so I can take out the copper piping and the unit itself. I don’t know for certain that these lines are active but I doubt they are as one of the lines has a big kink in it.( see photo ). Good access underfloor. - Due date: Flexible
