The existing valve is old and corroded and needs to be swapped out for a dual outlet (T-valve) stop valve so I can also connect a washing machine supply line. I have a very small en-suite in an upstairs bedroom. It was built in the 80s. I need to reposition things to get the best use out of the space. The toilet needs to turn 90° - easy: exposed above ground sewer pipe. The current shower plumbing needs to be converted into plumbing for a basin. Easy: access to behind the wall is available. The current basin needs to be deleted and converted into plumbing for the new shower. Not hard: access is possible behind wall, I need a plumber who is able to put in place the studs that will support the tap wear. I might need to have floor tiles delicately cut to accommodate a channel drain. (After all work is done, I will have the room tiled, and you will then come back to affix new toilet, vanity, shower, etc. I obviously need a quote for this work. And you will want to see the room. So, I will put a fee here of 50$ to get the ball rolling, and have you come and quote.
