I might need to have floor tiles delicately cut to accommodate a channel drain. (After all work is done, I will have the room tiled, and you will then come back to affix new toilet, vanity, shower, etc. I obviously need a quote for this work. And you will want to see the room. So, I will put a fee here of 50$ to get the ball rolling, and have you come and quote.

Hi, I’d like to book a full service for my coffee machine. The steam wand is leaking while steaming milk, and I’m also looking to buy new group handles. I was hoping to get some advice or recommendation for suitable options?

I have been smelling a faint smell of gas inside. We had our bayonet replaced in case it was the ring, but this doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue. I was also recommended by our letting agent to conduct a test to see if gas usage went up when not in use (it went up .2 of a unit between 7:30am and 5pm). I am being told this is not abnormal and that whilst they’re happy to send out a gas repair person, should a leak not be found, we will be liable to cover the cost. The cost they have provided is for a full initial test & call out which is extortionate, so I am hopeful a fair and reliable Airtasker may have a gas conductor and can come & tell us whether further works are required. We have looked into hiring a detector but would appreciate someone who knows what they’re doing. Would love for this to be done today or tomorrow if possible. Thanks
