We need to fix the u-bend under the bathroom sink. It's probably blocked due to the shape of it & it may have rotted the seal due to water sitting in it

Leaking from bottom front corners of dishwasher. I have a new bottom gasket how it is not sealing correctly and still some leaking.

The tap in my carport gets in the way of my stair rail. It is mounted on a post and I want to turn it 180 degrees.

Replacing hose and shower head. I have the new one. Moving small gate hook closer to the hook.

Current tap is dripping/leaking - suspect the washer is worn. Have tried to replace myself but can’t get the tap to loosen so that this can be replaced. Have new taps to be installed rather than replacing the washer on existing.

Need a plumber to fix a minor leak coming from our hot water cylinder. The cylinder is inside and easily accessible and the location of the leak is the copper feed in line.

I urgently need help with the hot water at my place in Bardon. The system is under the house and isn’t working. Cold water is fine, but no water comes out of the hot tap. Could the hot water have been turned off?

Toilet cistern inlet tap leaking - old system with unual (small) size tap valve. I have a replacement 15mm cistern tap here. The one installed is painted to the wall. So either need the cistern tap installed, or a new small tap valve installed in old cistren tap.
