Leak at water pipe behind toilet

I need help installing the plumbing for a dishwasher that’s already in place under the bench. The dishwasher is positioned in its cavity – it just needs the two pipes (water inlet and drain hose) connected under the sink. You’ll need to: • Connect the dishwasher inlet hose to the cold-water supply • Connect the drain hose to the sink waste/outlet • Ensure everything is properly sealed and tested for leaks Any additional plumbing parts/adaptors required will need to be provided by you (happy to cover reasonable costs). Location: Bardon Preferred time: today (Sunday) between 1-3:30pm or tomorrow

I need a section of water piping replaced as I’ve burst a section digging out roots in my front yard. The section from the mains to the main copper junction is around 30m long is a combo of poly, copper and gal and I’d like to replace with poly or pex 25mm and sharkbite fittings if possible as pressure is currently poor. Access is not all clear but relatively easily accessible (I’ve exposed pipe in front yard and other than a few meters of crouch height can access with reasonable height). Would need a tap at front fence and wall installed at same time with a temporary join to two copper pipes under front deck (these will be removed shortly). Some drilling through brick may be required to expand hole for larger pipe. I’ve added pictures I hope will help.

1. Leaking hot water connection. TWO copper pipes joining plastic down pipe from solarhart on the roof. Plastic connector leaks as evidenced by the corrosion. 2. External garden tap to be replaced while the water is off for Job1. Changing valves and reseating have not worked.

One of the hoses has been cut and needs to be replaced

We need someone to help with gas fireplace. We have never used it since purchased house. We found this AFB switch assembly part had been posted from Bowin and left near fireplace so maybe needs replacing ?

Toilet not flushing- im guessing it's the siphon? May need replacing?

We need to fix the u-bend under the bathroom sink. It's probably blocked due to the shape of it & it may have rotted the seal due to water sitting in it

Leaking from bottom front corners of dishwasher. I have a new bottom gasket how it is not sealing correctly and still some leaking.
