Paint wall (add as an option can be excluded) I can provide the following materials: - Putty pads, insulation, mass loaded vinyl.

Walls have gaps at bottom where old skirting boards were removed, need to fill gaps with sand cement render and top with white plaster, must be accurate job , no kicking out at bottom as has to be ready for new skirting boards … work must be accurate Apologies. Accidentally knocked light fitting, causing it to become detached from plaster ceiling. Need it reattached asap.

I have 4 Ikea frames that need to go on a thin plaster wall like a floating shelve. Total weight is 50kg and dimensions are 140cm by 100cm. They seam heavy for the type of wall so need someone experienced who will make a judgement whether the metals studs will be good enough to hold the weight and attach the frames to the wall. Adjustments might need to be done to make sure the frames are anchored properly.
