Walls have gaps at bottom where old skirting boards were removed, need to fill gaps with sand cement render and top with white plaster, must be accurate job , no kicking out at bottom as has to be ready for new skirting boards … work must be accurate Apologies. Accidentally knocked light fitting, causing it to become detached from plaster ceiling. Need it reattached asap.

I have 4 Ikea frames that need to go on a thin plaster wall like a floating shelve. Total weight is 50kg and dimensions are 140cm by 100cm. They seam heavy for the type of wall so need someone experienced who will make a judgement whether the metals studs will be good enough to hold the weight and attach the frames to the wall. Adjustments might need to be done to make sure the frames are anchored properly.

I have removed a mantle piece and old gas heater, which has left that section of the wall with a gap that needs to be filled first before plastering /rendering the wall area.

Patch and plaster up all walls, recessed walls and skirting as shown in images.

On the first photo, it is just to repair the damage around where the new plug point has been installed with plaster that matches the concrete. I am having an AC unit condensation line fixed which has snapped within the walls of 2 apartment blocks. As part of the repair the plasterboard will need to be cut into all the way to replace the condensation line. I would like a quote on having new plasterboard fitted. Require both supply of plasterboard & labour. This would be for 2 walls (one in each apartment) as both walls need to be cut.

Water damage to wall and cornice needs repair

Patch 2 holes to a rendered wall, where faulty hooks were adhered. The hooks pealed off with the render leaving 2 holes 10x10cm each. These were attempted to be patched but are not satisfactory leve. Paint can be provided.

Plaster and painting behind a new air conditioner unit that was installed recently that is smaller than the outgoing unit resulting in visible gaps in the wall behind the new one (see attached images for reference). I do not have the paint available, but see attached images for the paint that has been used on the interior that should be matched.

Penetrate plasterboard wall with circular opening on internal side of house. Penetrate cladding wall with oblong circle opening on external side of house. Install portable air conditioner ducting pipework within wall. See attached photo of desired outcome. Airtasker to supply and install pipe ducting similar to photo provided. Seal all wall and ducting pipe interfaces/gaps. Refer to marked up photos of indicative locations of wall penetrations.
