Interior walls are painted raw brick. I want them rendered and then skimmed so that they have a smooth finish roughly equal in depth to the existing coving, to allow new coving to be installed over. The room is 4m x 2.8m x 2.7m. The large white storage cupboard will be removed. Walls finished to a high quality and all rubbish removed from site (not including the cupboard that I will remove) and site cleaned up. Repair damaged plaster below the window. Supply and install new 13mm WR plasterboard to walls in bathroom. Square set ceiling. Repair plaster under window ready for tile lining. Plaster in bathroom is above 2400 tile datum. To bedroom side it is floor to ceiling. Circa 3.2m ceiling heights.

Cutting the bottom plasterboard 10cm high from the floor in the laundry and toilet room to check if there is rotten bottom plate. The size of laundry/toilet room is 3 m x 1.6m Remove the timber frame on the angle wall under the ceiling. The timbers frame is loose
