I have a wall that needs to be plastered. I’ve removed textured paint from it and have started sanding with the hopes of painting, but have decided it needs to be plastered properly before paint

Two holes in wall need to be filled / plastered. One is the size of a cricket ball. One is dinner plate. Can send photos.

Room is 3.6m x 3.4m. Ceiling is painted at the moment. Needs to be skim coated and walls need to be patched around the top to bring them up to being flush with the rest of the walls. Once the walls and ceiling are made good cornicing will need to be installed. I will supply the cornicing

We have a picture shelf I wanted to hand but when I drilled the plaster wall it turns out there is concrete behind it. We need someone to help fix the shelf.

I have bought and tried to install a new ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom but not sure it’s the right fit for the space. Need some advice and for this or a new fan to be installed. I think the plaster around the hole in the roof will also need repair. I also have an area around a new air conditioner outlet that needs plaster repair.
